Don't ever stop teaching on this platform! And definitely don't change your approach! You are anointed, appointed, and gifted to teach in a very unique approach. College Nursing programs are always reiterating on how nursing students need to critically think; but they are not teaching us how to critically think. This is the only platform that has actually captured the component of teaching how to critically think. Enabling us to take the concepts and exemplars from lectures, readings and apply in critical thinking exercises. I love how you primarily focus on the analogy and dissection of questions applicable to HESI, HURST, NCLEX, Nursing Students Exams etc. YOU'RE AMAZING!

Signs of compartment syndrome like pallor, pulselessness, numbness and tingling. Cap refill won't be seen , so look at the other signs.
Is O2 sat dependable when dealing with a burn patient considering CO attaching to the hemoglobin can give a false reading?
