I really feel like this channel has helped me out an unbelievable amount with my swing. Still have a lot a work left (no slices, occasional hook with my drive) to put in but this will be where i come to figure something out. Much appreciated!
BTW……why are you encouraging him to move the ball forward? Normally I think of a longer iron/ ball further up…….not so much a 9 iron. Or was he just placing it behind center?
Adam! Help!! I can drive , chip and putt but chunk all other shots. Even iron off a tee. Is this likely my biggest issue? I feel like I have the stop sign
That usually starts from a poor setup and losing connection in the backswing. Check out our Master Class for the full sequence and method. porzak-masterclass.mykajabi.com/
During iron shots on the course(not a drill setting) do you keep weight on your left side at address? Or do you set up more 50/50 weight distribution? I have been trying to tilt away and hit up on my driver more and I think it is creeping in to my irons. Trying to avoid that
Good point here...when is tilting allowed?! He teaches his students to put more weight on the left at address and to stay there through the entire swing...not sure about the driver though...
What a nice young man. I really enjoyed his polite and sincere “thank you”-s throughout the lesson.👍🏼
Class act! Thanks Clint!
Best instructor on UA-cam hands down!! You cured my early extension !!!
Porzak is one of the best instructors on YT. He actually demonstrates his techniques well and he explains it concisely.
Thanks so much for this comment and support!!
OMG he is so polite and kind. You're a lucky coach to have such a great person as a student. And what a swing!!
This is all our players, we are very blessed. Thanks for the support!
Man this kid is smooth!

Wow, thank you! We appreciate you Mark 🥇
You are such an encouraging coach!
We appreciate that 🙏🏼 … Positive energy! It’s a real thing!
So jealous of being able to practice in grass! I've never done that. Haha, great lesson!
Thank you!
I try to focus on strikibg the front edge of the ball, which seems to work. I will try and focus further forward as shown.
thanks,

I am in the category of standing up into impact. Any other good drills to keep the hips from firing towards the golf ball
That usually starts from a poor setup and losing connection in the backswing. Check out our Master Class for the full sequence and method.

It’s an intersection not a stop sign…genius!

Check out his “ball position” video. I think he addresses weight distribution for different clubs in that one
It's different for every club between wedges to driver. More on left side for wedges, and more to right side with driver.
Opposite for driver, angle of attack changes through every club and so does our setup.
Thanks Clint!
👍👍👍
Thanks Mark!
