I'm overwhelmed that this is how detailed, and exhausting making a 3D model. Even just in the coloring takes forever, how much more when adding movements turning to animation!
Modeling takes more times than animating nowadays. You could suprise if you know how easy to make that model to move. At least for 2d it is. I am not sure about 3d animation but pretty sure with a little coding it would be super easy.

it's very nicely done, If you could made a more in depth video or simple picture /texture tutorial about how you did the braid or moustache that would be very cool. I try to follow along but can't achieve the same result

As someone who made 3D models 20 years ago, I'm amazed at how fast and easy it has become 😄

Perhaps retopo is the main difference between "modeling" and "sculpting".
