I'm team Jeff on this one. When Jenni announced how 'embarrassed' she was to work for Jeff and blamed him for her lack of career options - that took it too far. And Jenni did appear disorganized and unsettled on Flipping Out. You have a job - DO IT.
She could have used that entire time to ENHANCE her image. Instead she throws Jeff under the bus.

I just didn't find her excuse believable in this case. He frequently allowed her comedic talent on the show and provided a very public platform. But as far as her excuse? Everyone can find the time to audition if they really have personal ambition. If she never discussed it with him, that's on her.

Too many people were suing Jeff...it just was time for it to go.
So many thoughts and feelings about Jeff & Jenny. He really needs to learn that even though he is the boss, you cant treat your employees or friends in a certain way with hurtful words and then be shocked when they react. We all know there are two sides to the story with the truth somewhere in the middle, but he crossed the line of his own rules so many times. We all want them to work it out so we can be happy watching them, but most of all he needs to really give Jenny healing words and the love and respect she has given him. Many fans of the show were there to watch them BOTH! Even though Jeff is the main person, Jenny was yin to his yang, not Gage. Has anyone else noticed that Jeff has been way more accessible and social since he has started this new season marketing tour? He is doing damage control, and we all know it. Love Jeff, and his beautiful talents which includes his relationship with Jenny.

Jeff has always been straightforward with him being selfish and an asshole at time but if she didn't mind his behavior for 16 years why now. I am not saying he is not wrong but a real friend will have a heart to heart conversation and not go to the extent to put so many people jobs in jeopardy beside Jeff.

$700 for activities???? I'm jealous!!! It costs me $863 for two weeks of full time daycare. They are teaching my kids to read and they feed and change her.
I love flipping out but it became too much about the drama. I would love to see the show about his remodeling and designing of houses again. Jeff is a very talented and that is what I would like to see going forward, I am very tired of the insanity and drama.

Jeff is a def acquired taste! First season, he struck every emotional nerve in my body to the point ILD be crying w his ppl! Lol Seriously, it took me a bit more tasting until literally one episode (clueless which one!) when, suddenly I have complete understanding and realization just how funny he is! And most importantly, in those little moments you are open, vulnerable and loving I REALLY see his just a big ole softy and sweet guy...with a snarky trash mouth! Lol. It was hard to do a 180 towards Jeff Lewis and his sarcasm, unrestrained mouth annoying OCD, The bar he sets for his staff w no room for failure, The deep deep below belt knee jerk reactions and snarky retorts without thinking, etc... OH AND for the love of GOD....Please let them poop! Lol Im a pretty good judge of character or what is the real person behind all the noise; Imo Jeff does and says things no matter how the others may receive it, alll for a good laugh and he aint playing no favorites! Dont get me wrong, I could NEVER work for or with Jeff.....WTF Ild be brought to tears with by his careless, thoughtless wit that oozes from his mouth, high blood pressure from his very high expectations towards his staff and not for nothing......There are actually times I must POOP! Np I would have my toilet brush and clorox to thoroughly clean after said poop whether you liked it or not!! Lastly we’re all corny sometimes and Jeni with her hip hop stuff was cute, and your need for perfection from everyone and everything is what drove the show.
The point I’m trying to bring home is...we’re all imperfect, and Jeni is not superficial like most of Hollywood by accepting a token desert or drink which would’ve proved she was superficial.
Real repentance is asking for forgiveness and then changing. Once your an old man Hollywood will abandon you, your so called friends will fade into the distance, if a person could have one dear friend in their whole life it’s more than all the gold piled up collecting dust.
