I am a total PING player, and have kept my 425 as I wasn't impressed with the 430 . I felt it was not as forgiving 😕 But I am interested in the new version, and every driver is now knocking on 500 plus RRP
It's inflation and very advanced materials and manufacturing. But hey, there could be much more unpleasant things in life considering civilization has collapsed.
great stuff and what seems to be a great driver.... but the price!! eyewatering!!! Not many you tubers are giving these away in comps? No wonder £££££££££
Your swing speed is much more applicable to myself so really appreciate this channel. You're very consistent so represent a lot of golfers when they are playing at their best. Retail might be a little cheaper. I don't change my stuff very often, my newest putter is 26 years old (Scotty new port 1997). So blowing some cash this year for the right club is something I would consider. About to watch you TM video. I like that you also criticise the looks, I agree don't like the lime.
Excellent review. I purchased the 430 10k and got 20 more yards than my Callaway Rogue. And straighter. I hit more fairways now than I ever did in my life. Well worth the investment if you can afford it.
Interesting the distance gains you achieved, compared with the Callaway smoke and TaylorMade Qi10, by using a lighter shaft. Looks like Ping has a really strong contender this year with this 10K driver - long and forgiving. Nice review.
I have the Ping G400 Max which is a great all around driver......I will try the new G430 10K but it would need to see a big imrpovement over the 400 Max to justify spending that type of money. I do like the look of the 430 10k though.😊
I play Ping irons and fairway woods. I like the idea of the 10k but I’m afraid those turbulators make for a far too busy looking crown. I do question why Ping persist with them.
You need a good fitter with the option to compare against others not just I'll try this one as reviews say its good". That brings that old question back now we are looking at this kind of money. Is it better to pay for an in depth structured independent fitting rather than your local pro shop (they do have commitments with suppliers to purchase from them to get preferential account discounts) or a visiting demo day prompting only their products.
Good review, well done. Only thing I would like to have seen as well would be strike locations of your indoor testing to see how spin married up with strike location.
It's the ultimate driver, but way out of reach for this common man. I'm curious to know what shaft you were using, and if it's the stock shaft for this model. Also, since we're talking about forgiveness, it would be good to see some dispersion numbers. Good review, and if the only drawback is price they've got a real winner on their hands. Thanks from a happy subscriber.
Thanks for your great feedback and great to hear you're subscribed to the channel! This really is the ultimate driver but it's just so expensive. Georgina tested this club in a 55g Alta CB Black
Too damned expensive. What's going on? Do they have to pay for their multitude of sponsored pros by ripping off joe blows???
It's a serious amount of money isn't it to pay for a single club... What's the maximum you would pay?

I’ve got one. Forgiveness yes, distance no.
Save your money and invest in lessons.

Thanks Adam! That's what we pride ourselves on being - relatable and honest for the real, everyday golfer out there! Jealous of your 97 Scotty btw...
The lime green is a perfect matching colour for the black head . QED
Nice one for getting in touch Kevin - glad you're into the colour - it just isn't for Georgina!

ridiculous price....only Putin can afford to play golf now
Your backswing flexibility is incredible!
Youth is wasted on the young :)

The lighter shaft sure does help Gina get it out there a little more!
Yes it’s worth it for 10 yards and increased forgiveness. But get fitted wait a year then buy for 30% less.
Doesn't seem like a bad ploy Adrian!
Consider the ping have new drivers in 11 months and the price I am going to wait for the g465s.
You're probably right, Ping work in two years cycles so there will definitely be a new range coming next year...

Fair enough, I thin ka lot of people have a similar opinion and yes the G400 Max was an awesome driver...

The turbulators are going nowhere Gordon! They've been around for years now and ping don't seem to be budging...
Amazing looking driver. Thank you.
No worries - thanks for the comment!

Any fitting is better than no fitting, it's all about getting fitted with someone you trust and feel relaxed around to get the most out of your game.
Great review, thx! Do you remember your Driver specs? Shaft and Loft?

Thanks for that video!!!
No worries Alex, thanks for getting in touch and leaving a comment!
