I found the planning of this flat the best ever seen.Each space is utilised so well,colour combination of bedrooms nd every detail is worked out so well.Kitchen too is so airy,clean lines creating space with extensions. I would love to contact you when doing up my flat.

The project cost was 25 lakhs including civil work of bathroom ,kitchen , terrace/balcony and new window installation with furniture work

Generally आम्ही ब्रँडेड laminates फार कमी वापरतो..हा laminate आम्ही आमच्या local ply studio मधून घेतला आहे.त्याला विशिष्ठ code असा नाही

I found in comments that the total expenditure is 25 lakhs.. can u pls tell the cost of only carpentry and which material used mostly.. loved their mandir and kitchen also hall..infact everything is very nicely done.. can u pls tell the shade of light green used in master bedroom wardrobe.. its awsum❤

2. That is not green color.that is light blue shade which we have used in master bed wardrobe.

Actually we have purchased those laminates from our local ply vendor / studio so there is no particular brand we use for laminates.
For this type of 2bhk total cost for carpentary, electrical,false ceiling and wall color work will goes around 13.5 -14 lakhs.

Pls suggest good reliable furniture shops at Kasheli Bhiwandi. There are many big shops but can't trust about materials quality.
You can check white House , luxome and empire in kasheli , bhiwandi for good and trusted furniture

Colour code and brand of the laminates in kitchen? Is it necessary to use pvc mica in kitchen?
Generally we don't use branded laminates so there is no particular code for it.
you can use high gloss laminate for kitchen
Can u pls tell the sofa which u showed in off white is whixj material? Leathwrite or velvet or.linen . Which fabric we shud go for? My husband insisting on leatherite but iam not sure
We mostly prefer velvet or linen for sofa fabric. But you can go for leather sofa also

Mam we receive a lot of calls in a day..there are some chances of missing one of the calls due to our site visits and work schedule . If you had sent us a text on mail or WhatsApp we would have definitely responded to you. Because without doing actual work ,we definitely can't upload any video on UA-cam.
