For 1st I guess sometimes formation of bond also releases energy and for 2nd I think that ki may be yellow part ki taraf chla gya ho starch from green part for regular growth,and after new starch formed hamne usse itna time hi nhi diya ki starch transfer ho ske..... so yeah may be like that 😅
