It's only certain types of wrapping paper, and as long as you take the tape off when you're done with it. Most of the wrapping paper sold by M&S is recyclable and FSC Certified :)

Jennifer Taylor you’re right. Taking off the tape stops contamination of recycling when it’s sorted. Also if you scrunch the wrapping paper and it bounces back it cannot be recycled, for example, foil and glitter based wrapping paper.
