Eilithia that all depends on what you want. Body style and power wise. My 00 gt made about 285-290 rwhp full bolt on, as this 05 GT makes about 320 rwhp full bolt on. A 97 cobra will definitely be in the 300+ rwhp ballpark. With full bolts ons. The 3v are newer meaning should be a little more reliable. But parts cost vary for the different years too. Both are great cars. You will have an easier time finding a 3v.
