Love your books. But just remember that yoga is based on the hindu religion and is a huge path way leading people away from the christian way. I thought you were a christian so thats why I mention it. Meditation on the word of God is a christian alternative that people can do without the hindu religion directing people astray. TX for sharing your books. Norway❤😊
