Is this good for a DDO noob? I have started a couple of times. Been playing D&D and other TTRPGs since 1983. Though I stopped playing D&D at the table with 2nd except in video games after switching to GURPS, came back in 5e. I tried Paladin. ... I dunno I got bored. I think though my wife is willing to start playing with me. Got her hooked on 5e then BG3, Solasta... she is interested in DDO.
Hello, if I were to go for a Str two handed bardbarian, should I put some levels into Barbarian and if so how much? Would going Stormsinger to proc Stormsingers Inspiration's lightning be good? My goal with the build would be to have the freeze from the Warchanter tree with some level on tankiness because my partner is used to playing tanky classes like a Barbarian.
IIRC one of his past build was a stormsinger-inquisor with the stormsinger's inspiration in mind and it didn't work on his attacks, maybe it only works on allies other than yourself, maybe its bugged only on ranged but I recon if it didn't work with a crossbow it won't work on a great axe/sword either.
Quick question I'm not vip but own alot of packs and in this build i cant see the swashbuckler tree at all or in the ddo shop , is it about to be released or do i need to get favor to get it ? Thankyou I forgot im a human on the build
If you pick a stormsinger at character creation, the do not get swashbuckler. You have to choose regular bard. Stormsinger is an alternate bard archetype that focuses on spell casting over melee stuff

Yeah ... Tumble being limited to Charges now really makes the Tumbling not super worth it outside of tumbling through a bunch of traps.

Is there a way to use Khopesh and swashbuckler I took the feat for Khopesh but when I put it in my hand swashbuckler goes away
No, Swashbuckling is for light weapons only and a Khopesh is a heavy blade
