@bandai7602 The new characters don't have anything new other pierce effects, which are pretty useless because they only added blind pierce, lower attack and critical rate pierce.
tbh i would lose my mind if i would waste that much shinos on summoning 1 kit and at the last one getting the ult and not even the lb (although i already had bad luck that nothing of other's kits didnt drop anything for them and i wasted a ton)
Ashura is better because he shares his effects, but it is highly recommended not to summon on it because the chances of getting it is too low, save your shinos
