Currently used Plus500, but I am looking into other platforms. Plus500 is a good and friendly user, combining local and international trades on the same pages. Where other platforms, it has local (ASX) and international on two different sections, converting to USD and back to trade. But Plus500 is limited to the availability of ASX stocks.

Becoming a good trader takes time and patience. When i first got into trading i was liquidated twice, and lost my entire mortgage deposit. I could have given up, but decided to learn how to trade and put it into practice. 4 years later and i am glad i made that decision.

I agree, that's the more reason I prefer my day to day invt decisions being guided by a invt-coach, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using a invt-coach for over 2years+ and I've netted over 1.5million

Huge Ross fan here. I would be inclined to sign up for one of the very expensive courses if the course access wasn’t limited to 3 years. At those prices I can’t see why it wouldn’t grant lifetime access to the classes. Most of us are trying to juggle learning this with busy lives and it may be a longer learning process. I can’t imagine spending several thousand of dollars for online classes that expire after a few a years. Please consider making the classes available for life for those who manage to come up with such a huge sum of money for them. Thanks for everything !

As long as you maintain access to one of our subscriptions your course access stays active. Giving lifetime access requires us to honor access in theory forever, which created data retention challenges. We are trying to be fair, but also lay out reasonable expectations

  • @jimmyj752
    @jimmyj752 5 місяців тому

First I just want to say that your latest book is very inspiring and knowing what you were facing when things weren't going well is helping me keep a positive mindset. The worst thing that may have happened to me was holding on to a losing trade that put me down almost $400 and it came back and I ended up selling for a decent profit. Having that happen has kept me in many trades that I should have got out of before all hell broke loose. I have been on the sidelines for a few weeks because of that and now I have to rebuild my account, plus my work schedule conflicts with the trading day. It will probably take a few months for me to top up my account but that is what's next for me. It's just frustrating not being able to make use of my trading station at this time. The one thing I do know is that I did very well when my account balance over $2000. It opened up the door to trading stocks I wouldn't have been able to afford with a $1000 account or less.

This is great. Thank you very much. I am not confident enough to make decisions in those 10s charts, but I may try with the 1 min in a simulator and see if it works.
To be honest, this looks so much like a videogame that I am sure that the best traders would be some teens high on sugar with too many hours of League, Fornite, WoW, etc.
Just tell them the rules of "the game" and they will beat it without issue. Tell them to think about it like the boss rotation of an epic raid, or the jungle timers, etc.
Those people learn patterns and take decisions in subsecond timing. They would crush it in a game of patterns like this one.
Just don't tell them that they are doing it with your own real money, or they will troll you and lose on purpose!

Hi Ross, a question if you don't mind. Let's say, I've bought a stock after the pullback when it starts to turn green, and the price going up. As a beginner, I see your advice is to sell 1/2, then 1/4 and the rest when it starts to hit red.
I'm so new, so I'm sorry if this sounds stupid. What if, I hold the full stocks but keep a hawkish eye on the 10 second candle, and sell as soon as it hits red? Rather than selling while it's still green but on an upward trend? What are the risks of this? Is it the possibility that the red can be lower on the 1st drop than the whole (previous) green candle?

Thank you for sharing your strategy and teaching these topics! Do you think it's best for students to follow the exact way of trading and overall approach you show here, or do you expect students to come up with their own slightly different version that works for them? .... What have you seen from your top earners?

Are you waiting for the candle to finish before buying in, or just buying in as soon as it breaks the high of that last red candle? Also how do you get out and sell at the low of the last red candle during premarket when most of the big moves happen? I can't do a stop loss in the three different brokers I've tried until market opens, so I have to manually sell, and by that time it could have dropped a lot more.

great strategy and i like that you built your own tools. quick question though.
    - on average, per day, how many stocks would you find matching this criteria? could it be more than one? you mentioned that you're just looking only at the top one, so we have only one chance a day to do this?
    - another question, you mentioned a few times that this needs to be done quickly, either in or out, hence the tools and shortcuts, you also showed charts that you use to take action per minute, so how long do you focus to trade such a stock? 5-7 minutes?
    - if the answer to first question is 0-2 stocks, then what other effective strategies could ppl use with the same consistence and accuracy you mentioned, in order to reach better positions in their trades?
    thanks in advance :)

When I was trading yesterday there was a stock that jumped 250% before it dropped. Would that have been a time that you would have got in while it was rising by the dollars?

Thank you so much for this! I’m going to begin trading soon and I appreciate you sharing this information and wisdom. One question that comes to mind: What do you look for with regard to pre-market activity vs. open market activity. I plan to watch the market before open a bit and am wondering if there are any indicators to look for in pre-market conditions for a specific stock.

Thank you Ross. I started paper trading but even with 600 capital, how are you making such big amounts on 5 mins trade or 1 min trade. Its possible less your using Leverage which very risky trading and can blow out your account.
