According to Pew, only 19% of Americans believe there should no restrictions on A*ortion (i.e. it is a "right" for a woman), but that is a stance Walz has. Whereas Trump's stated position of supporting a*ortion through the first trimester is a position around 61% of Americans agree with.
Additionally, I am always weary when people pretend that most policy positions are significantly different between the two parties, they aren't, atleast not at a macro level.
This election is not going to be argued on positions 70% of Americans agree with the Democrats on. The economy, migrant crisis, a*ortion, and Ukraine/Israel are going to be the things that matter.
