He could fight because he was educated. Education gives you knowledge and power, and its important irrespective of the profession / business you are in.
He fought because he had will power. It’s not because of education. There are lot of educated people who don’t fight

very true ,
education is required,
but we the public should also have guts to question the officers as well as the government.
Remember one thing all government officials are SERVANTS TO THE PUBLIC .
BUT THE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS SOMETIMES THINK THAT OUR RESPECT FOR THEIR POST IS TREATED AS IF WE ARE AFRAID OF THEM.
THIS MISCONCEPTIONS SHOULD BE TAKEN AWAY FROM THE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AT THE EARLIEST,
BECAUSE IN THE NEXT COMING YEARS PUBLIC WILL HAVE A VERY IMPACT ON ALL SO CALLED GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS.
@@shabazsheriff9415 What would have happened if the driver was uneducated? he would have immediately paid the fine and did everything that the cop said, or he would have resorted to violence or harsh words that would have just made the situation worse. he wouldn't have anything to argue with the police officer because he is illiterate and doesn't know what to say. And MOST IMPORTANTLY if he was uneducated this video wouldn't have been recorded and there would be no proof of the incident. just because you yourself are a 10th fail doesn't mean education is useless......cope

I hope your father was a fair gavver when interacting with the honest Indian public. We all despise bent gavvers in uniform!
He is obstructing his name plate. He cannot do that legally
India needs to give more focus to police reforms and modernisation as well. Our police forces are not modern and capable enough for a country that is an emerging superpower. If foreigners see the state of our police forces, they will laugh and mock us.
Chennai traffic police cannot charge a single case for an overloaded MTC bus.Government vehicles can violate the traffic laws. Traffic laws are only for the common people.
Gentleman did a fantastic job to fight for his right. Great citizen !
Still these uneducated cops thinks, people are uneducated about the rights !!
shame less cops all over India..just for looting money
Sadly. Police have become a shameful profession.
This kind of cops exist everywhere. The law needs to hold them accountable.
In Kolkata, especially where I live...It is a tradition to extort money from the truck drivers and all weekly...the frequency increase during puja season...The police here rarely messes with the private car owners,,
That's why they have ...third class children born to them
It is the system bro. Existing system was setup by the Brits to control India and plunder. District tax collector is the senior most officer and police wag their tail to him. Not to deliver Safety and Security. We need to refusing with more checks and Balances. And use conflict between political parties against them.
Our country needs brave and law abiding drivers like this. These policemen are not behaving like a law enforcement authority and they become lawless, of course with the connivance of the politicians.
