Very good on Taiwan, applaud them for that!!!!!. Taiwan and Hong Kong is exactly what China should be. Despite them having their share of issues, they are willing to solve it instead of lying about it like China does. But Jesus Christ, that´s a fuckload of scooters.
Nova Verse : People really love mopeds in Taiwan. It’s a symbolic item for being independent and autonomic. In addition, it is cheaper than a car costs in terms of purchasing and maintaining. Also it is easier to find parking space. People might just jump to their mopeds for buying a pint of milk at 7-11 which is just in the corner of their street. Taiwanese is quite obsessed with convenience, therefore a household usually has a car and several mopeds for each member of family. It’s very impossible to ban mopeds using in the cities in Taiwan like what Chinese government has done. Therefore promoting ecological mopeds is essential for Taiwan.
It’s not mopeds we’re using, it’s scooters. Public scooter sharing is a competitive major economy in Taiwan right now and the scooters they use are all electric scooters instead of the gas ones. There are getting more household gas scooters replaced by electric scooters because the government encourages it as one of the green policies by funding the citizens if they decide to get an electric scooter.

wait, what? i thought Europe is the richest continent
@@Formosa_1947 Here in The Netherlands we use bicycles to get around..
Taiwan and HK have no future. Their economies are stagnant and declining. They provide lessons for mainland China to avoid.
@@firefly4784 Yeah i've heard that bullshit years ago too and nothing happened and yet Hong Kong is protesting.
