    Thanks so much for answering my question about EQ. I do commercial concrete for a living, it’s very hard for me to devote a predictable period of time to a legit bulk phase because the necessary rest and training intensity just isn’t possible when work is busy.
    But…
    Upcoming circumstances are looking like I can do a serious 20+ week bulk. I normally use test, primo and anavar every cycle but I’m considering other options like EQ instead of primo to get the most growth I can.
    I appreciate the info, your channel is excellent.

    Thanks for the ansver Paul! I was definietly feeling the fatigue! I'm now starting week 3 of the diet break and I'm feeling much better and looking forwards to the next cut phase. I went from 108kg to 96kg and now I'm maintaining at 98kg at approx 18-20% bodyfat.
    Wish me luck! If I succeed at this and get through this I would like to go all in on BB and haveyou as my coach.

    Regarding sleep...... I have horrible sleep patterns. I've never really slept even from the time I was a baby. Sometimes I only sleep two or three hours a night which sucks but if it's continuous it's okay because I can still function. I feel best if I can at least get four to five hours of continuously but mine's always broken. I don't do caffeine except first thing in the morning I found that if I get up and work out and say around 3:30 to 4:00 in the morning, then go about my day at work, with proper eating and not eating a late late meal that has helped me significantly. If I work out say after 6:00 p.m. it stimulates me and I will be up all night and can't sleep.

    14:30 great advice Paul, I’ve also found that sticking to the same exercises and progressing them long term has yielded the best results. I hate the old “gotta switch it up confuse the body” advice 😂

    I had the exact same experience before getting my cpap in November. Now I'll sleep 6 hours solid before I wake.
    High carb low fats is definitely the where it's at. My training day carbs are around 500g and fats about 30g.

    High quality info, thanks Paul.
    Questions for the next Q&A:
    1) Stretching AFTER lifting weights to improve recovery? I have heard that stretching causes micro tears, will it be a concern to build muscle?
    2) 20-30 reps for muscle grow, in what context does it apply?
    3) Should you rest in between reps? Sometimes I'm not capable of making it another rep, but I've noticed if I rest for a few seconds in between, I can get in another 2-3 reps. Does it have something to be related to muscle fiber types?

    • @anabolicbodybuilding
      @anabolicbodybuilding  5 місяців тому

      Zero evidence stretching does anything to improve recovery. Some even suggest it makes things worse for muscle building.

    In the context of high metabolic rate individuals, keeping fats at around 1g/kg. Can be better than the "minimum" of 30-50g per day. As they can struggle to get enough carbs down to fully fill out. I personally struggle with lower than 1g/kg of fat and find I struggle to eat and digest. A bit more fat seems to allow me to eat more carbs and be more full...

What should be the dosage and for how long should I take before giving it a break as it down regulate at the receptor site if used for too long. And should I use while on TRT or while blasting. Should I add pregnenolone and dhea as well?

      I added creatine recently and it's helped abit. Looking into recent research is showing creatine has health benefits for brain and heart health. One study I heard someone talking about in how it improves outcomes and long-term issues of concussion injuries.
      So could consider it a health supplement along with a performance enhancing supplement.

    • @lifeandliftingwithyanek8717
      @lifeandliftingwithyanek8717 5 місяців тому

      Nobody can give you an answer for your body. Experiment. Start slow.
      400 test, 250 primo for a few weeks. How do you feel?
      400/400 for a few weeks. Then compare how you felt on the previous ratio. Body is ok with 1:1 ratio? jump to 600/600.
