  • This is the second part of my KLX110 full mod build Vlog series. In this video I install a Fast Ace Inverted Fork kit. I show all of the steps involved in installing the fork kit and talk about some issues that I ran into. There will be two more parts to the build series, then videos of myself riding the bike. Stay tuned, you won't want to miss some crazy klx110 action!

What works really good to put in bearings is like at 6 inch 2 x 4 works really good and it’s cheap and easy to find put 2 x 4 against bearing hit top of 2 x 4 2 x 4 is soft so it won’t damage just something to put out there tried to help I know a lot of people don’t have the right tools

Last week I placed the same new ball bearing from all balls on my stock fork for my klx110 '08.
Today I saw yr video for the first time and realised that I didn't placed the dust seal under the lower ball bearing on the downside of the frame.
I just tried to get it off the ball bearing but it didn't come lose.. any tips how to get it off again so I can place it? Thx!

So did the front end kit raise the front of the bike? Fast ace advertises about a 3 inch raise? I was wondering how it felt with the stock height in the rear.

Did you keep the stock springs in the fork tubes? Installed mine last week, rode at a track this past weekend and feel like they're slightly soft. 165lbs but have an aggressive riding style. Having trouble figuring out where to get stiffer springs. Any suggestions?

Did the main/larger nut that goes on the stem (just under the top triple clamp) come with your kit, or did you use the stock one? I just got this kit and it didn't have that nut in it, nor the "cap" nut that goes on top. Stock doesn't seem to fit either...

Hey man I went on the web-sight and it’s impossible to tell what forks go for my klx 140. Any suggestions ? I can’t even find a place to email them.

I have a question, so if I get a ktm 65 front end with the triple clamps that are on it, all I would in to do is buy the new ball barring set? And it should work?

Did you figure this out? I know if you have the L model you need the tapered bearing (99$) pax racing has them.

My KLX 110 '21 lower bearing race doesn't expose the lip enough to hit from the top. This must have changed over the model years :( I just ordered a park tool headset removal tool. Anyone else run into this?

I know it's not the same by. But I got one of those inverted triple clamp Fork setup from wholesale cycle piranha. And on the back of my sons SSR 70. The fork stop. Seems to be a little tight. Do you know if there is a actual degree that they should go to. So when I do got the stop down I can have it correct. You know if you go too far when you hit the whoops could send you over the handlebars. Anyways Mike it's fucking awesome good just they don't give you any information is couple things about the longer axle and. Figure out machine bushings I know I got to drop 3 mm. But you think that they sell a million of these things and they know what the major brands are they give you a little heads-up. Other than that piranha can suck my balls. Thanks bro if you can help me out with the common degree that motorcycle swing. That would be awesome thanks bro nice video

WyattsTheMan - Yeah the bike has a 143cc big bore kit, with the v2 head and Makuni vm26 carb. But with me being such a large guy i really need a 178cc big bore kit with a stroker crank.

mpitre1000 - it's a ultra high quality assembly grease from Lucas oil. Special ordered and very expensive for a small half cup container. I have over 10 different types of grease from Lucas Oil on hand. It's nice working for a race team that is sponsored by them 🤙🤘
