You can train hard and eat well and you'll get a nice Athletic fit body, But if u wanna look huge like a body builder training and food and supplements is not enough u need STEROIDS (fact) all body builders know this but this comment is for those that might not know. I'm not judging the choice is yours Athletic fit or Big Body builder type!
