Hi Stacie, I didn't see there's any water dispenser at pitstop but as long as you bring 1 or 1.5litre water with you, should be enough to arrive Laban Rata Guesthouse. There will be a water dispenser out there for you to refill water or you may purchase from the grocery counter as well.

你好～我第一天的背包主要装水，干粮和雨衣而已，尽量轻便。 我都把第二天攻顶需要的厚外套，暖暖包，hydration bag聘请porter帮忙背上去半山。 第二天攻顶换去小的hydration bag 一定要带scarf warmer 不然会冷到一直流鼻水。 其他的还有比如说lip balm, heat tech, headlamp和手套。 祝你攻顶成功！💪
对了 有需要的话 记得爬山前三天就要开始吃预防高山症药了
