This is my own conclusion ah,
Feeling ko before roger disband yung pirate crew nya, he stated na malaki ang role ni shanks at kelangan nyang gawin yun, naiyak si shanks as in dahil wala na ngang roger pirates at mamamatay na si roger, in other time ninakaw ni shanks yung gomu gomu no mi at malaki ang chance na sinabi din ni roger na ibigay sa anak nya yung devil fruit at sya ang maging joyboy, kaya kung mapapansin natin tumambay ng matagal ang redhair pirates sa foosha village e balak talaga nila ipakain kay Ace yung devil fruit and ayun na nga sa unexpected na nangyari si luffy ang nakakakain, imbes na magalit si Shanks e naging supportive pa ito kay luffy.

What if Luffy is the highest authority among the seraphim????

And don't we wonder how Luffy was able to command the seraphim Hancock even without the ability to command the seraphim? Others say it's because of the lineage of the real Hancock. But what if Luffy was able to command the seraphim because he is the highest authority because of his devil fruit, the Sun God Nika?
