It doesn't surprise me that the suit is so strong. I mean, she made a gauntlet that could withstand One for All smashes - that was HUGE foreshadowing about this armor. Like, obviously a full suit based on that technology would be absolutely nuts.

All-Might probably spent every dollar and every resource he had to have that armor crafted. It's probably one of a kind and can't be mass produced either.

Because of the obvious point everyone has drawn.. why not just give everyone this suit, on top of their existing quirks. If the world is in peril, resources wouldn’t matter to where they’d be mass produced to save the world. Resources won’t matter if everyone’s dead lmao. They’re an illusionary capitalist value anyway. But beyond that, it’s just a slap in the face that we’ve seen this much power creep and …. Poof, Robot armor is on par with it all. With the strongest quirk in existence on top of that. @@johnkyl123 because they can’t mass produce it. The one who made that suit was David Shield. He’s all the way in America. You do realize that Japan is practically locked out from the outside world. All might told David Shield to make the armor a long time ago, and he got it at the same time he ordered Dekus gauntlets. David can’t mass produce it, and the only reason he’s doing so well is because of his battle experience, especially against Afo, and because Afo isn’t thinking straight, the armor isn’t as strong as Afo's. Two hits from him were enough to heavily damage the armor. Didn’t you pay attention? All might's hits aren’t doing anything; the last panel of the chapter clearly shows Afo tanking the hit without even flinching, like, do you not pay attention?
It's basically a reversal of their roles at the beginning of the series, where Deku was knowledgeable about quirks and the way their functions can be best used and possible weaknesses, now All Might is using his knowledge of his students' quirks and analyzing AfO's capabilities. I don't think he's going to win, he definitely came prepared, and has had Melissa working on that suit for a long time.
Even a regular revolver handgun was a threat to Shigaraki at the start, without a healing quirk, most weapons are still as dangerous to Heros and Villians as anyone else. So a super weapon, a battlesuit build to fight All For One, is definitely gonna be effective. Surprised it tanked that explosion though.

All Might's win condition is to exhaust All for One's remaining time.
In which case, he stands a good chance. He might need help, of course, but I wouldn't doubt that the future might just change yet again.

It'd be cool if all might is fighting with the suit to toy with afo. Right after the suit is destroyed and afo goes in for the kill all might goes into his old battle mode thanks to eri rewinding him before the fight to finish afo off while he is surprised.
Eri unfortunately can’t rewind someone by years it took her months to learn enough control to restore mirio’s quirk

I think All Might could take out AFO but if he does he’ll die in the process. Something along the lines of him holding AFO back and then we hear “Hercules: Dynamight” and the suit uses Bakugo’s quirk and self destructs

I think All Might still has a rabbit he can pull out of his hat. Toshinori Nagi has always been more than his quirk. That's what impressed Nana about him standing there with just a pipe. His feet run in the wrong direction and he sticks his nose into things that are none of his business. He's a hero.
As he reminded his friend, he DOES NOT go into battle without expecting to win!
The black lightning is simply just to portray the sinister nature and overflowing power of the character All For One and his quirk. I don’t think it’s any deeper than that

Not only is this a really cool fight to see. But I think this also does a great job showing that All Might is pretty smart. In at least one of the guide books he had a maxed out intelligence stat, which might be a bit of hyperbole, it shows that he has learned how he can put up a fight against one of the strongest villains so far. Trying to negate AFOs quirks and telling him how predictable AFO has been in fights. This was the fight I was most interested in seeing out of all of the ones that were set up.

This needs to be played upon more as well. It doesn't matter how much experience you have in fighting, if your hormones are out of whack and you are being emotional you LOSE ACCESS to all of that experience! Talk to any veteran that has seen combat, you will hear the same thing over and over again from them...those who got emotional in combat died. Those who hold it together till after the battle tend to survive.

I think there is an amazing way to end this fight. So basically after almighty and afo have gone at it for another 1 or 2 chapters, all might has managed to deal huge amount of damage to afo but his suit is completely destroyed. So as all might struggles to stand up afo approaches him, bleeding profusely but is getting healed due to rewind, and while taunting him moves in to deal the final blow. But as he does so, his blood enters all mights system through one of his wounds(maybe the one that afo gave him all these years ago), and since the unstable rewind quirk has reached almost a critical state where its about to rewind afo out of existence, through his blood all might is rewinded enough to be able to breefly enter his buff form and with the hugest of smiles rocks afo's world with the strongest detroit smash yet. And then all might dies

All Might will definitely die after this fight, but that's fine for several reasons. By dying, he'll be able to join the vestige world and will be able to communicate with Deku through it, but I wonder if it'll also make the quirk stronger, maybe even enough to withstand AFO trying to steal OFA and giving Deku more power to defeat AFO.
Seeing this suit makes me really, really want this series to continue after the finale but with a quirkless, tech-based future.

I’m about 99% sure that afo/ofa is a singularity. Meaning once it’s resolved, which we know is when one or the other dies; it’s going to cancel all quirks. We know that both have existed since the origin of quirks, so I’m pretty sure it’s an above all/only exist because of an event type situation. As in once it’s resolved, all quirks will be extinguished. Villains have since been fully resolved to where their troubles in life are just a matter of perspective, thus becoming heroes/giving up villainy. And the heroes are more just to stop what’s evil. If there’s no evil, there’s no more need for heroes. Thus the world will go back to normal and quirks being cancelled would make for the best resolution seeing it already is left to interpretation that deku is quirkless in the end by his background narrative throughout so far.

No on the possession part, Shiggy’s been absent for too long. He’s finally back to take on Izuku, successor vs successor; AFO needs to do the story a favor and just die already, he’s boring.
If All Might does die it'll be a self sacrifice. The only way I can see him dying a gruesome death by AFO is All Might locking him in a bear hug and refusing to let go, prompting AFO to tear All Might apart to escape.
This is the culmination of All Mights character growth that we saw him go through when stain spoke to him the words he needed to hear.
He has no doubts. He's still all might. Quirk or not.
Lately thanks to Jjk being so fire i literally have to remind myself that My Hero still exists. Haven’t been excited about a new chapter for about a year or so now.

@@deadaccountsadly4137 It’s a shame because I was really locked into this series for a while, but thanks to the tone shift, side quests and not so clear narrative it’s been hard to stay invested. Plus I know it’s not his fault because Horikoshi’s a hard working really talented mangaka and personal health comes first before anything, but the long consistent break haven’t helped at all either.
I believe AFO becoming young is making him fall for those trash talks all might is throwing at him in a way. Because if he is a teenager then his mind and temperment would be off balance with all that power and ego getting into his head.
This is the problem the author is going to run into. If he is sub 25...he is no longer mature by any means and his experience in battle is going to be lost to his emotions. Being too strong means he doesn't feel in danger, without danger his emotions cannot be suppressed, without his emotions suppressed he cannot access his battle experience or quirk knowledge reliably.
Talk with anyone that has seen combat, anyone who gets emotional gets dead. Training and experience disappear and the person acts like a moron on base instinct. AFO should honestly start acting like a fool where half the time his quirk attacks help his enemy right about now. At the end of the day humans are slaves to their hormones and can only overcome it with extreme training and desire. The problem with AFO is he is too strong, has an ego the size of Texas, and wouldn't be capable of reigning that in as a teen/young adult.
All Might is just going to be like, "Well, looks like young Midoriya can't take the shot, and young Bakugo is literally dead..." (coughs up blood) "Guess I'll just keep on working and take this win for good time sakes!" Then they show his ember burning back up inside of him and he goes muscle form because he had a better reverse manufactured as a trump card but needed to buy time for it to kick in during the battle.

All might is fifty years old plus with over 30 years of experience so honestly this isn’t to surprising. Plus his quirk really on gave him super strength so him holding his own is no surprise.

I think everyone is overhyping how much qurikless all might is tanking stuff, the suit told him that his collarbone and left wrist were pulverized and he activated macimum motion assists. At this rate, id be surprised if he can survive another 3-5 more chapters

I feel like the Black lightning is the All For One version of Izuku's Green Lightning. Its a nice kinda warped mirror type deal showing how the quirks are connected but represent the opposite sides of good and evil.

If we’re reaching the end of the series, it might mean lots of recaps for characters from before, including maybe a comeback for the cell activation quirk that may be able to allow deku to go bonkers just one more time and show something we’ve never seen before?
We all know Deku’s fight will be last to focus but after All Might’s fight then it’s Aoyama’s fight, Sero’s fight and Aizawa’s fight and those fights will be short with 1-2 chapters each like Aoyama’s redemption is 1 chapter, Sero, Ojiro and Sato is 2 chapters and Aizawa, Mic and Kurogiri is 2-3 chapters and maybe those 3 fights will combine together to make 3-4 chapters each that’s my predictions thoughts 💭

I always thought that afo and shigaraki would have that sort of obito Madara revelation moment. Where afo would tell him the truth with a fucked up smile on his face, and shigaraki would sacrifice himself to finish him off or something like that
It would be awesome if when all the suit fails, allmight still stands against him and that was the hero in him that STAIN was looking to see and jumps in to aid/save the former number 1

@@donkylefernandez4680 he went unconscious and was arrested because of the punctured lung. He escaped during the tartarus break out and actually helped allmight regain is confidence in being more than his quirk while the lady cleaned the allmight statue

I have a theory, All Might will die at the hands of All for one, it will be a last stand to the point, that his sacrifice will render All for one pretty much useless.
Two things I foresee
All for one will reach the battleground of deku and shigarki, but it will be Shigaraki who will absorb All for one with no AFO conciousness left
2: All Might essence/conciousness will get transferred into Deku's one for All.
It has been foreshadowed that in the vestige world of OFA, at All Might is like a fiery spirit not communicating like the rest of the previous users.
There may be a reveal that even though All Might was quirkless - there will still be something ( will power or something like that) that he will give that will make Deku really overpowered.
The true nature of OFA will be revealed that even a quirkless person will have something to add .. Hope this is how things pan out

To be fair, All Might has the most battle experience against AFO, so I don't find it that surprising that he's doing better than the rest of the Top 15. 15 people he was already miles beyond in terms of combat prowess when he was fully powered. 🤷🏻♂️

I always felt like all might was in his early 60s he gives off those vibes, and his junior endevour being in his 40s makes sense too
I believe All Might actually takes the W. Reason being he has gotten into AFO head , so much so that he is able to close distance Mimicing when Shigaraki Kills Star and stripe. I believe That either All might has a nuclear device installed that will surely kill AFO and the next chapter is a flashback of him and Nana talking and at the end of that all might takes time to remember everyone along his journey and BOOOOOOOOOOOM! AFO and ALL MIGHT are eliminated! The people witness everything , Deku feels a new level of power, Bakugo wakes up…. And the final showdown begins as now all is left is Shigaraki.
People witnessing as citizens from Evacuees and citizens from all over the international countries yes but as for Heroes and Class 1-A they will all still be unconscious to wake up from their wounded injuries after their hard battle they went through except Deku who is still fighting Shigaraki alone now at Musutafu instead of UA Fortress but lightly he will passed out and can’t breathe after 5 minutes has passed and also after 20 minutes of Dabi and Toga’s defeat has passed too

I would love to see almighty receive like a mortal wound and AFO feeling victorious but all might pulls a rengoku and just holds him on place refusing to relent until AFO fades away to nothing and then All Might accepts death. Because logically Izuku can’t beat Shigi and AFO merged. And I don’t think it needs to happen I think that would just ruin all of the character development shigi has gotten.
I think the black lightning is the counterpoint to Deku's green lightning. The One For All quirk and the All For One quirk are dark mirrors to each other.

Sorry to be the bringer of bad news but...iron might means all of all mights arc being to learn how to support deku without being directly in the fight or without having a quirk means nothing because technology can do pretty much the same thing. All might losing his quirk doesn't mean much when he has a giant iron man suit which is dissapointing. I still have hope for this series to get better and I really hope vigilante is better than whatever this is...

Everything has been pointing to a "out with the old in with the new " it only fits that all might would have to sit this one out. Also combining this with. bakugous fake death it seems like all might is just gonna get hurt and written out of the story or just kinda...be there. I feel like a fight like this should have happened earlier and this ark should have focused on shigaraki and deku while All for one and all might are dead. It feels like thats what things have been pointing towards. But now it feels like all might won't die and after all the fake deaths it's kinda just made these stakes feel all kinda...meh. maybe its not this specific moment that upsets me moreso a series of big moments that have been kind of soiled. Also i still have hope for vigilantes and I don't really read mha I might peak in and out every now and then just with hopes that someone important has died in a satisfying way.

after this all might vs all for one fight we will get to see deku vs shigaraki round 3 and once afo and shiggy are both dead then the heroes have basically won. you seem to have fallen victim to the "o noes it's gonna end soon!" misconception. in like 2022 horikoshi said that mha will end in 2023 but now we are mostly through 2023 and it's clear that it wont end this year. it's like when oda said around 2020 that one piece only has 5 years left which now we realize is not true

@@ockertoustesizem1234 I know todoroki family and ochaco and toga’s fight is over now and now they’re focusing on all might and afo’s fight and it takes back 20 minutes before and they should also show how eraser head and present mic got warped by kurogiri and how will their fights goes and also aoyama’s fight and sero’s fight too and these 3 other fights will probably be 1-3 chapters each and after all fights it will focus back to deku vs shigaraki which is present and it feels like whenever they’re focusing on other fights on final war it will feels like it’s a flashback each depends on time limits

This is what I want to see happen. As he get's younger his body will also get WEAKER, so his quirks should start hurting him and messing with him. He is no longer solid and sturdy. He slowly claimed quirks and slowly acquired them. Slowly getting used to each quirk he collected. As his body reverses he should also LOSE that acquired resistance and acclimation his body underwent. I mean, frankly speaking, some of his quirks should have ALREADY started messing him up.

What if the "horrible" death that night eye foretold isn't exactly painful or all might getting overpowered by afo. What if the "horrible" death means all might did all this for nothing. However long this fight goes on or however long all might stalls afo from getting to shigaraki. The enemy still pushes forward. Kinda dark I know but I love all might as a character and I don't wanna see him die.

Not trying to fuel the Dad for all theory but isn't it quite AFO and Deku are the only characters in the series who have lightning surrounding their body? We never really understood why lightning surges around Dekus body, and this seems to be something that OFA has more control of.
Could be an aspect of afo or because the original holder of ofa was the brother of ofa

All this being said, it kinda just proves the point that All Might was a better hero than Midoriya in every sense. It makes him kinda pointless to the MC when All Might was always a better character. Everything great about Midoriya is All Might

@@Phantasma6621 they’re not exactly on par if you pay attention to the last panel you’d see afo tanking a punch from all might without flinching the only reason all might is doing so well is because of his battle experience especially against afo and because afo isn’t really thinking straight
All for one getting to and fusing with shigaraki means the heroes failed, and I don't think that will happen. All of the fighting to this point against all for one has caused his time to tick and He is going to run out of it before he gets to fuse to shigaraki. Shigaraki has enough power now that Deku can't just out right beat without a struggle, Him fusing with all for one is likely a loss for Deku without him destroying himself and dying likely in beating him. Which wont happen. All for one is going to Dust before he fuses. either by all might winnning or him just running out of time.
