Also they have safety measures in place to evacuate before natural calamities.

should have explained more about the life hazards and 12 hours day night shifts and difficult work locations when you are in monsoons especially with a floater locations , high wind speeds, cyclonic conditions, Fire Hazards, H2S prone areas and rusted equipments
