As far as I see, Sam doesnt travel on budget - they spend on the higher grade for the experiences - I mean I am not saying they dont travel at all on budget. I am not saying they are careless - I am just saying they do what they want to do without thinkng of budget as they are of upper class. (at least this is what I think) so expecting budget travel hacks from them is not right. Tourist spots toh they show any way.
