Translation:
26. Indeed, Allah is not timid to present an example - that of a mosquito or what is smaller than it. And those who have believed know that it is the truth from their Lord. But as for those who disbelieve, they say, "What did Allah intend by this as an example?" He misleads many thereby and guides many thereby. And He misleads not except the defiantly disobedient.
27. Who break the covenant of Allah after contracting it and sever that which Allah has ordered to be joined and cause corruption on earth. It is those who are the losers.
28. How can you disbelieve in Allah when you were lifeless and He brought you to life; then He will cause you to die, then He will bring you [back] to life, and then to Him you will be returned.
29. It is He who created for you all of that which is on the earth. Then He directed Himself to the heaven, [His being above all creation], and made them seven heavens, and He is Knowing of all things.

Can anyone explain why the Qari doesn't say Bismillah but only says auzubillaah at the starting ?
It is because he startet in the middle of the Surah (Surah Al Baqarah). Then we do not say bismillah ar rahman ar rahim. But when we start a Surah from the beginning, we then say a3uz billah min al shaytan ar ragim bismillah ar rahman ar rahim

@@shaheerazfar in Qur'an Allah says, when you recite Qur'an *first seek refuge in Allah* from satan the cursed one (I don't know which surah but you can check on yt for more info) Jazak-Allahu Khairan ♥
@@beneficialknowledge_ yes brother, seeking refuge is there in Quran. But I wanted to know from where it is derived that we don't say Bismillah when starting from middle of surah.

Sectarians moslims teaches that an evil doer is a person who does not believe in God . But Allah explains that an evil doer is the one who says that he believes, but associates others with God , breaking the covenant. These are the ones who abandone God's salat and God's sunnah , to follow fabrications and falsehood .

The other thing is to make associates with ALLAH.

NO ONE IS WORTHY FOR WORSHIP EXCEPT HIM. AND HAZRAT MUHAMMAD P.BU.H IS HIS SERVANT & LAST MESSENGER----THAT IS IMAN. WHO SAYS THIS WILL BELONG TO BELIEVER CATEGORY
