I am Danish.... 52 years old and I LOVE Phillip. He is special... the rest of the artists were great singers but to me they sound like something I have heard a trillion times before. That's why I think Phillip is the right winner and I am happy that the American people could hear it. Thanks to all of you who voted for him.
My son is 17 he was the one who told me Phillip would win...I said no Jessica will...then I heard this version of Bob Seger...I raised hearing Seger...he takes peole in no matter the age, gender or the song...he is timeless!!!!
My eye was on Jessica...so I never looked at anyone else...I started to hear this performance and I was totally blown away!!! Bob Seger must be so proud that someone sang his song so WELL...he one it for me with this....later my son who was rooting for him from his first audition ...said I TOLD U SO...And He DID!!! One of a kind and love him as much as I love Scotty!!! Jessica is really good but Phillip goes into your soul and takes it away with his VOICE!!!

This is a very special song for me but sorry this guy's a bar or cruise singer at best. Bob's song has so much depth and raw emotion this guy should listen and learn
i doubt girls of that age are the main viewers of AI. AI is good in a way that they do not just promote new mainstream songs. they play old classic songs that i doubt kids would enjoy.
