HPDC is high pressure die casting where the locking pressure is high as compare to LPDC (low pressure die casting), The cycle time is more in LPDC as compare to HPDC. In HPDC process components made with molten aluminium (ADC12) only whereas LPDC process requires Molten aluminium (AC4B) & an special sand to complete the core structure. There are many differences b/w both the processes which I can’t explain here😅
