Every couple of weeks I think to myself that it must be so hard for little children who are three, four, five years old. And that at least part of the reason this is still all going on is that people who claimed to care about these little children refused to mask up and agree to lockdowns. People who said it would be bad for children to close schools and daycares, and for everybody around them to wear a mask. But it's hard for others, too. You'll always have had this bizarre high school experience.
Ummmm, I have been a Death Metal Fan all my life since the late 1970's and I go to live gigs and concerts multiple times a year every year since then.....I was even at the Ozzy Ozbourne concert he bit the head off a bat (by accident btw he thought it was a toy thrown up on stage and when he realized after biting it wasn't he just went with it so it's not like he meant to bite the head of a living bat as most people like to decieve themselves with) and I have NEVER EVER seen any vocalist or memeber of any band urinate on someone and they we're happy about it and felt privledged and never wanted to wash their face again. We are, truthfully, the most dedicated music fans of every genre and once you go Headbanger you are always a fan for life. Let me restate if my favorite vocalist (and she's female btw) Alissa White_gluz of Arch Enemy tried to pea on my face at a concert I'd definitely get out of the way and not do a shower scene from Flashdance.......if she wanted to do it privately....well, I don't have to answer that as it wasn't the point here ;)
I want to know how those people hold farts in their trousers. Are they made of unbreathable synthetic material and they tuck them in the socks so the farts don't escape and if you have a bad case of flatulence by the end of the day your trousers will balloon up? Cred where cred is due, at least they didn't say it's like holding farts inside you for a whole day. I've been there, you've been there and we can all agree doing it feels like you want to go to the emergency room with intestinal pains and telling the physician: "I just couldn't find a moment and place to be alone and fart without others judging me and excluding me from future social gatherings." And the physician would be like: "Well, I hope it was worth it. Your colon burst and you need a transplant. Like right now, post-haste, yesterday and so on." PSA: just fart whenever it naturally comes to you. Your colon will thank you for it. 👍
"Wearing a mask is like trying to keep a fart in your trousers (William Shakespeare)" was, not surprisingly, one of the biggest hits of 2021. It was extremely popular in the clubs of Asia and Australia. Music experts predict that "Nobody wants an energetic @sshole" could be an even bigger hit.

I'm not going to lambast you for who you choose to have come onto your show but I would expect that you at least not misrepresent them. He didn't "find himself in a coma," he refused the sane medical treatment of weaning himself off of his addiction and flew to Russia where doctors were willing to medically induce a coma. You phrase it as though it were an accident or a result of his drug abuse instead of his narcistic inability to accept that he is just as human as everyone else. He put himself as very personable in this interview and I both empathize with his struggle and sympathize with the hardships and teetering on the verge of loss but this interview completely sidestepped how he is seen as a person who pushed people towards alt-right and incel ideologies. The idea was brought up and summarily dismissed rather than interrogated. I'm under no illusions that the man is either alt-right or an incel himself but the fact that his contribution to those movements was dismissed out of hand is incredibly disappointing as for years he was a negative influence on political discourse often through complete misrepresentation of actual facts. This interview seems to me nothing more than an image rehabilitator and advert for his book and tour. I don't expect hard hitting political analysis here, but if you're going to bring on a figure with this loaded of a history I expect you to do better than this.
In good faith, can you please tell me what facts he has misrepresented and how he had contributed to those movements? I am interested in your opinion. Personally, I disagree with the idea that he should have to explain the conduct of morons who misinterpret and hijack his message, its like asking Nietzsche to apologise for the Reich (the man was a feminist and staunchly against anti-semitism, but his philosophy was abused by malicious people) JBP's already explained himself countless times. Not to stir conflict, but the beginning of your comment comes across as rather charged. It seems like he contracted pneumonia, so that was partly the reason for the medically induced coma. Either way, while he does demonstrate some signs of narcissism, his intentions are good and that's all that really matters.
@@aswaney7449 I am not sure if it came across that by "he", I meant Russel Howard. And he very often shows that he is these things (pro-women, pro-LGBTQ+ etc). Which is why I was astonished to see him invite Jordan Peterson. Because those two things are incompatible.

this is an example of Jordan Peterson: ua-cam.com/video/D-xf9hKfLws/v-deo.html&ab_channel=RationalPhilosophy . He's human, he has problems of his own, unresolved conflicts and of course he won't always be right, most of us aren't, but we cannot skate over some of the ideas he throws at us. I get he's being attacked by women with viciousness and that he feels helpless against them, but generalizing and saying that crazy women are undermining the masculine power of the culture? Really ? I can see his unresolved issues mingling and tainting his obvious expertise. He's not a nazi, he's just a man who needs some therapy of his own.

@@robbrandhoff3 The same way over use of antibiotics causes the rise of antibiotic resistant bacteria, the use of leaky vaccines (that do not eliminate the virus in the body, only reduce viral load and put the virus under pressure) could lead to vaccine-resistant viruses.
Haven’t seen this show in a while.

Let me restate if my favorite vocalist (and she's female btw) Alissa White_gluz of Arch Enemy tried to pea on my face at a concert I'd definitely get out of the way and not do a shower scene from Flashdance.......if she wanted to do it privately....well, I don't have to answer that as it wasn't the point here ;)
No subs? C'mon, Russell!
#RHdeed..........I asked my neighbor, down stairs does she cook: She said, I COOK CEMETERY WELL!

American here watching 👋🏾 🇺🇸 , Guz Khan was hilarious! I watched Man Like Mobeen on Netflix all through the pandemic and it got me through. He gives me similar laid back vibes to a comedian we love over here named George Lopez. Comedically like a George with some Kevin hart tendencies. Seems like a nice dude overall
it wasnt a drug addiction! he took it exactly according to doctors orders and had a reaction to it when the DOCTOR increased the dose it started to have the opposite effect which can happen even with melatonin
Addictions or dependencies don’t have to be your own fault. People can become addicted to morphine after having had pain-killers for operations. He had the literal definition of an addiction.
After all the jokes in part one, the interview with Jordan Peterson was truly heartbreaking
Yeah, didn't expect Russell Howard to be gullible enough to fall for the pseudo-intellectualism of Jordan Peterson
@@kalanaherath3076 same. It was disheartening.
@@kalanaherath3076 First thing out of his mouth was a strawman.. Skipped to the next section after this.
@@kalanaherath3076 Oh just go away, you're as bad as the far right, constantly banning things, words and attempting to make people who disagree with you seem like evil incarnate.
@@jbagger331 Jordan Peterson and his daughter are anti vaxxers, so why exactly is he promoted here? and spare me me the bullshit with "be your best self" from a benzo addict..
Jordan Peterson? Really? You smarmy centrist.
At least if he claims to be pro-women, pro-LGBTQ+, pro-logic, anti-Trump, and so on.
@@camelopardalis84 If that's true, he has a funny way of showing it.
@@aswaney7449 I am not sure if it came across that by "he", I meant Russel Howard. And he very often shows that he is these things (pro-women, pro-LGBTQ+ etc). Which is why I was astonished to see him invite Jordan Peterson. Because those two things are incompatible.
As a trans person seeing Jordan Peterson really gave me a heart attack. Like a trauma flashback
If someone else's opinion scares you that much than you need to grow up or seek help.
@@robbrandhoff3 whose existence is being attacked and how? Having an opinion isn't "attacking your existence" and no rights are being taken away because everyone is equal before the law. Everything else is special treatment.
@@robbrandhoff3 jordan peterson dosent do that tho if you watch his content
I've listened to as much of Peterson's work as I can, I don't think he holds prejudice for trans people. Why does he cause you trauma?
Why? Because he refuses to comply with speech mandates from the government? Tell you what, you go Canada, and enjoy never being misgendered... just know that for every proper use of your rightful pronouns, it is government whose respect you're experiencing not that of the individual with whom you're interacting. In a context in which trans-phobia becomes illegal, you would never be able to tell the difference between a person who genuinely respects you as a person and the person who is merely treating you in accordance with the law. There are no trans-allies in that context, only law-abiding citizens.... that is what Peterson took a stand against.
Did Hasan Minhaj copy his show?
Man, I wish Peterson would take some of his own advice.
Just be a little self aware.
But he isnt.
Guz, you and your mum need therapy. It sucks that she did all that to you.
Dude sounded like he was still really sick.
Why is it good to terrify people? let alone children or friends?
LOL. Watching Jordan Peterson play Russell like a fiddle might be the greatest concert I’ve ever been to!
Highly Mutated PETERSON////
OK I've never heard of Jordan Peterson before, but now I'm convinced that he's an immortal, who only listens to this 20s-50s Jazz because it reminds him of a special time in his life. There is no way this man was born before 1900 ... he said typwriter instead of laptop ffs
Jordan Peterson launched his career as a famous person based on a lie about some human rights legislation and then by his whacked out behaviour at the university where he taught in support of that lie.
Since then he's been famous for being famous. Try listening to any of his lectures on how we should behave and follow along. Lord knows I've tried, good luck to you.
@@docostler yeah I expected something like that from that little information I got from this video .. I guess I'd much rather have his opinion not in this century but in the time that he was born in, which was 1482, by my estimation
Here in North America, Jordan Peterson has become a complete joke, a shell of the person he once was. Lost all credibility and respect long ago.

this is pretty bad cause its like kids humor but kids wouldnt even do such cringe shit anymore
this is an example of Jordan Peterson: ua-cam.com/video/D-xf9hKfLws/v-deo.html&ab_channel=RationalPhilosophy . He absolutely has the education and the knowledge, he is a psychologist, the problem isn't his proficiency, it's the personal ideas he expresses using that proficiency.

Not a fan of the the way Jordan Peterson's makes his point of view sometimes and was wondering why Russ had given him a platform to speak. Glad I watched it and wonder if his rhetoric will reflect what he experienced in the future and if some of the people who like to quote him will also take it on board? the world needs a little more empathy in it , maybe Boris could learn a thing or 2 from him?

I honestly don't get the hate around Jordan Peterson, I really don't
He has some good takes but he also thinks women should be forced to marry men and he's against banning conversion therapy so...I think has two very different sides to him and decides which side to show based on who he's talking to atm
Someone who says women who wear red lipstick to work shouldn't be surprised by sexual harassment because it simulates sexual arousal, and that the left-wing is horrible because they hate god, does not deserve to be called an academic nor an intellectual.

I love what you do Russ but you do seem to be part of the machine more and more. The 'new' variant is very weak and now we forget how each year the flu was gaining strength largely because of the over use of antibiotics. I am not a conspiracy believer but all of this does not add up..
Antibiotics are not used nor effective for flu. Antivirals are for viruses, antibiotics are for bacterial infections.
We need proper vaccines, these leaky vaccines that only target the spike protein (which is more likely to mutate) is not the answer.
The Omicron variant is weaker and it spreads more easily. This is not a good thing for a couple of reasons. I can link you a video that explains it well, if you're interested.
