@@igiGRAACZ_Wt Just a little tip. If you're at altitude of 5,000m and above, the Aim-7F/M's have a kinetic "High Probability of Kill" range all the way out to ~20km. Above 8,000m, that extends to ~30km. Those missiles have some serious legs on them, even if they accelerate a bit sluggishly.

F4S is the easiest plane to grind with, 8 missiles and a full base bomb load. Doesn't get any easier, F16A is the only one better but wtf you gonna grind with that

7:55 also for some unexplainable reasons you can lock its missiles(even tiny r-60m) but you can’t lock this huge aircraft(using HMD, other radar modes kinda work) that’s ridiculous
It’s because of pulse Doppler radar finding its targets based on the speed difference so it removes ground interference since the ground is moving towards you as the same speed as you so when someone fires a missle your way it’s going easily 2x the speed of a plane so it’s extremely obvious to the radar hence why “notching” is a thing
@@LocalRatNo1 pulse Doppler radars find and lock targets using the same algorithm as regular pulse radars - strength of the returned signal (that’s the reason why everyone wants planes with lower RCS cause it decreases reflection which decreases strength of the returned signals), Doppler effect only allows those radars to filter ground clutter and that’s all (well in some cases it allows to lock helicopters (their blades to be precise) but in WT it isn’t the case at least rn). So if you will try to lock the target infront of you and there’s a missile between you and the plane - the radar will lock onto the plane even if the missile is flying at M1000 speed cause the plane obviously has much higher RCS than the missile (there’re some exceptions such as F-22, F-35 that at some angles have lower RCS than their missiles) Also if there’re 2 planes close to each other and one has higher RCS - the radar will lock onto the plane with higher RCS even if it is much slower cause it doesn’t care about speed at all (unless its radial speed is lower than Doppler filter speed gate, in this case the radar won’t see the target at all which happens when the target is notching or hovering) There’re some radars with PDV mode(F-4S/J, F-15A) but most are just regular pulse radars with filter that utilise the Doppler effect
how are you getting any locks with your sparrows??? I can't get any and I"m using PDV. I know these are front aspect, but I've seen some players lock players from the back without any problems. I just got it yesterday and I'm having fun, I'm being killed more than I've killed anyone. So far I've only killed like 4.

Столько на F-4S. Хотя если задротить 24/7, на в обещм-т лучшем истрибителе с лучшими радарными ракетами - да, реально и без прем ака. Например в СБ можно с усилком на 500% опыта вывозить по 100-150 тысяч опыта. Правда нужен прем аккаунт и талисман желательно - награда больше будет. Но если в игре жить можно и без
