Almost a year later, I went to see her for the Rhythm Nation 1814 world tour at Wembley Arena, 1990. To this day that gig was the best one I EVER went to, she was amazing. Nowadays, I'm more of an old school heavy rock/metal fan and have been to loads of those kind of concerts in my time. But with that said, not a single one of those rock/metal gigs even came close to being in the same league as the Rhythm Nation gig. You actually felt that you were a part of Rhythm Nation even though you weren't on stage with her, that's how amazing it was, you really had to have been there that year.

She first was like her brother until she became her own person leaving from her father’s authority. Michael copied Janet too. She was the first to talk about justice stuff while Michael made stuff about Annie and Billie Jean, which are great of course. Another thing is the music video of her song “Love Will Never Do(Without You)” came out before Michael’s music video on “In the Closet”. Both sound similar and have the same aesthetic in the music videos. They inspired each other. Don’t get it twisted.
