Why don't they think of scaling their business to next level?? Using same techniques time and again only increases profit but don't provide any recognition. Running in the same way doesn't make any sense to society and country. Guys!! Plz scale up and generate income for more people.
They should really go for brand extensions and franchise inside valley as soon as possible. They should also apply modern mgmt.and marketing for the new outlets as so employments can be generated and so is govt.tax. Unfortunately they are so resistant to change and not willing to expand their business as i understand their psychology.
