And godskin will mentally destroy him, so will maliketh, so will godfrey, then the final boss. He has atleast 10 streams to go, or 2 if he rage quits on fire giant. either way theres a 5% chance that he finishes this game, and 0.01% chance that he'll finish it with this sword.

Honestly thatβs the easiest way to beat him. The boss is designed for a ranges battle. And if you get right to his base he literally canβt hit you. Plus the flame damage you take from the lava is minuscule.

As much as I am enjoying this run-through I do wish he'd learn some other skills he already has with that sword. The back step slice and guard counters are well worth it.

Wow. Didn't realize there was an EZ mode weapon to beat Rykard with. I just raw dogged it with a Zweihander. Also didn't realize you could skip straight to the boss by having the lady teleport you.
Kinda hoping he doesn't end up finding the path to Malenia. I don't see that working out well after seeing the reaction to the serpent boss. But amazing what he's done so far with quite the underleveld character.
@@ihatehealthbars Most can't , they just go on wiki and find Rivers of Blood and cheese her. Not many are legit beating her but I think in NG+ she is easier. ,You can dual wield double colossal swords w/ buffs and stagger her easy. Blood effect is also less effective in NG+

My eyes were locked in for several hours and the doc really needed that win⦠he deserved that win⦠then the next try was a flawless victory from that snake⦠I would be ALOT more emotional about it⦠the doc handled it pretty well in my opinion, I would have been very upset at something after all that.
If doc had a medium sized shield (Brass shield excellent choice) so many times he would have been able to counter attack [r2 after a successful block] instead of dying. Combine that with Assassin's Crimson Dagger Talisman which regains your HP after a successful critical attack and he would be steamrolling a lot more of these enemies. Though it must be said, he's actually doing an excellent job in this game for a guy newer to Souls games I must say

Dude went through most of Leyndell Royal Capital with only a 15+ Lordsworn Greatsword and what⦠850 HP?! Lol what a legend.
Thats the perfect level/weapon level to finish the game and be able to have active PVPs albeit he doesnt partake much in PVP

Doc, the serpent boss was designed to be beaten with the spear trick, otherwise it's incredibly difficult. Work smarter, not harder.
