I got 2 battlepasses and have almost 300 radinate
i did that exact thing, i already had some leftover from previous acts from f2p and the only thing left is marshal variant and i upgraded all of them to max red variant without the other variants

For Riot:
- Remove radianite
- Add good old bundles that dont got animations but cool effects to the battlepass
- Add a search bar for buddies
- Add maybe agent skins to the battlepass
- Make battlepass give back the points after u finish (not a must but a lot of games does it)
- Add replay system (pls, this is insane how long its taken)
- more grindable stuff like the agent contract, they need to extend it. (Kingdom points is a good start, but lets be honest its dog)
- make the rotation shop different, like add more skins or something to it.
- fix skin prices.
- maybe make it so u can break down skins u dont want anymore for like half the points u spend on it back.
- skin loadouts for ct and t side.
And a lot of other stuff im sure im missing, but i dont really play VALORANT anymore anyways 💀

btw replay system is in the works and was announced that it is, I don't remember the year they announced its gonna be released in but they thought about late 2024 or early 2025

like you said, if riot did something as little as adding a skin with effects to their battlepass, they would definitely get more income and it wouldnt steal the glory from all the premium bundles. with the way riot has been pricing everything its just getting stale and eventually their game will die. I hope they change this soon and make it more enjoyable for everyone
But it works currently because Riot is going for conditioning.
Notice how 100% of the free skins were cheap secondaries, 100% battlepass skins had at most basic variants or models, etc. As a result, not a single Valorant player would expect actually "good" stuff from battlepass because Riot made it clear the playerbase's opinion has no impact on the future content.
We can be hating all we want, as long as Riot does it, that means "we" pay plenty enough.
People often compare it to Fortnite BP, but Valorant manages to sell pricey skins, and battlepasses full of useless crap to both newbies and veterans.

Radianite is an additional irrelevant currently only meant to force more money out of heavy spenders on the game
The intended price (valorant points) of a gun skin comes from the fully upgrade
version which is what demands the 30$ but to add an addition currently to this is just greedy asf

ruin dagger isn't actually an archetype since its actually just a regular dagger that is shaped like a karambit with a unique right click, like the prime karambit. The karambit archetype was actually champions 2021 karambit because that's the first knife with karambit animations

Thank you for being the voice of us regular people who don’t stream, are not content creators or some big shot that advertises skins. Most videos I see are just praising and making Riot make more money by even talking good things about the most basic bundles. You end up speaking exactly what I feel Riot does and they need to know this. May even help them pay off the next harassment lawsuit if us regular people can afford these skins 🤷♂️
There are multiple things that are broken in this game. The harsh punishment you get for ranking up (I monitored 3 accounts after they ranked up and they went on a losing streak right after), broken matchmaking(related to previous point), toxicity, smurfs boosting their friends every 5th game, skins are an extra issue. I recently switched to the The Finals where $10 can get me at least one cosmetic or two and still have a good game
I’ve only bought 4 skins and they were from a couple different night markets. I refuse to pay $50-100 for a single set of skins it’s ridiculous but riot justifies these prices because the community pays those prices. If every bundle was 50% cheaper I would have bought a couple that’s just me though
This video is such a eye-opener. I am not buying BP again unless there's really something worth in it. In every other game I've played, BP provides tremendous value.
Good points with the infamous bundles, if they were in a battlepass it does bring value to it. As for radianites, I think if they increase the amount you get by around 50 in the BP, and add another form of grind to earn around 50 each act then that would help a lot over the time.
*Riot sucks... i have a couple for riot to add in valorant.*
*1.* Riot should make the battlepass more special. Grinding XP is the default for battlepasses in many games. How about for each tiers instead of grinding XP we get missions. Special missions like agent missions such as stun 10 people with neon or blind 10 people with skye. Or normal missions like get an ace or get a clutch. Make the battlepass harder with these missions and improve the rewards. The sprays , cards , titles are fine but the skins should be special.
*2.* Lower the prices of skins OR u can buy the skin the normal price or another option u can pay 80% of the skin with vp and the rest with kingdom credits
*3.* The shop should have 8 slots and u have a 2 guaranteed gold a 2 guaranteed purple a 2 guaranteed blue and a 2 guaranteed green
the skins like doodle buds and crimsonbeast that have special effects but are very small (painting the gun as you get kills; your gun sets on fire when you get a kill) are absolutely perfect for the battlepass. Not the best of the best, you still have to pay more for that, but I would absolutely grind every battlepass if it had bundles like crimsonbeast doodle buds and the other tigris one.
I would like a batlle pass with an animated skin collection too, but i would do the animation levels in the bonus levels instead of 30 extra radianite.
I would love if riot makes kingdom credits be able to purchase radianite OR just make it so like 1k vp = 40 radianite, everyone would be happy with that.

Great video man, it very frustrating about valorant skins and battle pass. They should definitely add some good skins to the battle pass to make it worth buying. It bugs me from the very first season of valorant, back then some of the battle pass skins were good too but in the recent battle passes it getting more worse.

Some of the battle pass skins should have upgrades and you can use the Radianite from the Battle Pass to upgrade them. Coz the battle pass skins just lay there untouched when you have Skins like Prelude.

The last battlepass i bought was velocity battlepass and after that, riot just keeps giving shitty battlepasses that nobody wants.
Rn the best item in the bp is the knife coming in at the last tier. I suggest having TWO items in the last tier, a knife AND a special gun with small effects and shi(either a phantom, vandal or op would be best)

Been saying to my friend group how bad the bp is compared to other games. Think it'll take multiple creators actually asking riot to change it since it's been so long with no change.
So true I bought the Elderflame bundle around release and play on and off. Some of the skins are still naked and it sucks.
For real i remember that i kinda (not at all) stopped being hyped about all game even if there are new bundles, new agents for example i couldnt buy every bundle so only thing on my level was bp and when there were good skins i also wanted to buy new animated one.
A handful of skins in the battle pass are cool but their surrounded by crappy skins.
It would be cool to at least to have a chance to buy skins individually or a bundle in the shop from older battlepasses.
That divine swine skin is very cute, but I missed it.
The other idea I had was you pick out skins for your specific battlepass from a selection of new and previous battlepass skins. That way you can at least get the skins you find cool and make the battlepass more appealing.

I just hate that the only thing XP goes towards anymore is just battle pass, and the small event things they have done like 2 of since the change, kingdom credits are fine for the item shop, but you need wayyy to much of it to go through the agents lines. And, at least, if they are going to make a bundle super expensive like this, have it be that you just buy the variants, that you get the animation and such as the base for each gun, and that the upgrade is the different looks. The only reason I even bought the bundle is because I happened to have just gotten paid, and even then I probably will not be buying another bundle for the next 6 months. I do wish that the battle pass was a bit more beefed up, I'm usually done with it in like 3 weeks if that, and then the XP goes nowhere... overall Valorant should just start listening to their non-pro/non-content-creator player base.

Even this battlepass melee which everyone expected to have atleast basic equip animation of cryostasis has generic axe animation, so disappointed with riot.
They should reallocate the time lost doing deprecated-born skins (it only works when the theme is insane like the artisan collection) and make a few better ones with small animations/dif sound effects, I can see people liking them this way, no need to add it all but just an extra feature here and there to make the guns not be so generic.
battle pass skins would rise in value because they are limited edition and possibly replicate premium skins. This also increases account buyers since there is no way to get a limited skin without just buying another account which might be an issue.
riot should add the option to refund ALL your radianite every 6-12 months, since back then you couldn’t just get a variant you like for a gun, you had to some times buy all the variants to get the one you want. radianite amount should be be increased and be free tiers in the battle pass. VP should also be a part of the battle pass, enough to buy either 1 ultra/exclusive edition skins in the shop. i do agree that sprays and player cards, on occasions, are great currently but i despise that a lot of non-animated sprays aren’t available mid-round especially since most of the good ones are only available pre/post-round.
As much as it hurts , your expectations will never come to reality unless it's 2030 and the game is dying , you're asking more for vp in return than what you've spend to buy atleast an exclusive level skin ?
@@Kat-y_L i understand what you mean, the battle pass would need to increase in price or an absolute miracle would need to happen because it’s unrealistic. i do however think it’d be fair to ask for 1k VP, the price of the battle pass, as part of the battle pass since a lot of other games (OW2, Fortnite, and COD) already have this system implemented and would help people who are a couple VP off buying skins, have an option to afford the >400 VP they might need for a skin.

Personally, I enjoy the Battlepass having more "simple skins" and some of my favorite skins come from the BP. That being said, adding some SIMPLE animations to the BP wouldn't hurt them (for example the Hammer could just have the pull out animation nothing else). The BP only being useful for radianite also doesn't help, and I also don't buy the BP until I finish (or really want some skins) but this is the first BP that I am like...not excited for even if it has some cool Banners.
If you want the banners only you can wait bc half of the battlepass things gonna be for free on the accessories store lol... Battlepass are a joke now, they need to improve the skins bc banners and buddies are free if you wait

the CoD MW3 battle pass has crazy operator skins in the battle pass. they aren't my cup of tea but they had crazy effects and visual 'clutter' which is a huge likeability factor since it's 'special' compared to the regular degular skins that are akin to the Val battle pass lol

The biggest issue is that it's a riot game. They have a history of only caring about money. They have one of the greediest battlepasses, the quality seems to slowly degrade over time, and then they randomly increases prices
the very last bp i bought was back in ep4 act1
after that, i thought all bp skins were very bland and not even good
i somehow regretted buying all bp after riot released accessories on shop and you can literally buy any name cards, stickers, buddies and titles just by grinding kingdom credits
lets not talk about skin bundles coz imo the last skin bundle that was really good (but VERY expensive) was the radiant entertainment system bundle
but what about neo frontier bundle? the phantom is easily replaceable. u could just replace it with blastx or recon (literally the best phantom skin)

Radianite is the only thing forcing me to buy battle pass again and again . I have purchased 12 battle passes till date and only one of them (velocity karambit one) had skins worth mentioning.
If they make battle pass skin have effects then the price of the battle pass would either have to be hella inflated or the battle pass would only be able to contain 1 to 2 good skin

honestly they can do just one thing and it would increase the sell of battlepass , the filler bundles like crimson beast , soulstrife , should come with battlepass and the upgradable bundle's time should be increased , honestly it's not going to affect their skin bundle sells at all cause even though those filler bundle has effect it doesn't even start to compare with premium/exclusive/ultra skins , so people who buy those skins will still buy them.

Wish more content creators would support this, it's not even just about the money, it's also lost entertainment and thus lower engagement with the consumers which is less long term revenue for riot. And if riot wants to be all sassy about paying and staffing their art teams, why not use community skins in the battlepass?
I saw that argument on a different radianite video; i'd think those, given the amount of entries (and possible winners) would only produce Select Edition (SE) tier cosmetics without variants/finishers.

Believe it or not 100$ is a month's salary for some people in my country. There are regions with cheap VP but riot is charging us the same as a developed country. Just Imagine.
I really think they could potentially earn more from re-working the battlepass as it kind of entices casual players (people who don't play the game too often) to buy something from the game. I know a quite a few people who just refuse to buy skins because the battlepass skins are bad and bundles are too expensive. This way, instead of having a percentile of people buy from the more premium skins, they could potentially earn from a larger volume of people.
I don't play Apex often but I sometimes buy the battlepass because it's cheap and don't care too much on not finishing as it kind of repays itself the next time you do finish it.
the problem riot have with the battle pass is that its so cheap that if people got a skin that had animations they would only buy the battlepass and not actual shop skins at least most of the players which means that 30$ can potentially give someone 3 animated good skins on weapons they actually use and have bad skins on the rest and i think most people who arent looking to spend a lot of money would be fine with that and not buy much more. the problem is after you have a knife skin and you have a "bad" skin for every gun what the point of getting another "bad knife and gun skin from the battlepass which is how it is currently. so either way there are down sides. i personally think they should do 1 animated skin per BP but if they think the BP is too cheap for the value of a animated skin they should maybe make the BP 15$ instead of 10$ or what i think would be the actual solution they would use would be kind of like in clash royale where the BP has 3 tiers instead of the standard 2. and the animated skin would be in the 3rd tier which would cost 15$ or you could upgrade to the 3rd tier at any point with 5$ if you have the standard BP already. that way they would encourage people to spend more money on average on the game which they would like but also make the BP not ass. i think this is the most realistic way to make it better and more profitable for them at the same time.
I have bought like 4-5 battlepasses now but refuse to buy a regular shop skin even though they are a lot better out of principal, compared to the battlepass' 1$ skins a 20$ dollar skin is fucking absurd

I wanted to buy a bundle like 3 months ago. But i didn't because i had 0 radianite. I wanted to put 10€ or 20€ to buy radianite. But i quickly realised i needed to put 100€ ! So i just did not buy the bundle. I think radianite stops people from buying. And riot should delete it or make it way cheaper

This video speaks so much volume that it should make sense to every game at all. everything needs to start evolving with cosmetics and things that actually worth your money not just for the sprays and banners but the skins as well. it should be more better and understandable to be hype on grinding for, not just stay in a level of being the same design, sound and effects for. at least reactive, unique skins and animations that people would spend less for and be more than happy than a $100 bundle they will never get and enjoy all the time (and just find people who have then and request for their skins) Valorant should start paying more attention for these kind of things instead of making skins seem like they're unreasonably expensive and start acting for the community. I'm sure they would peak more sales if they start on making the battlepasses finally to have a good change.
Riot doesn't listen to feedback, only to money. They don't need to change while "we" are many to fall in and purchase.

I agree with you in all your points. Just here to add about the fire skin that you say it would be better to have it in battlepass;
The reasons they also release these mid low tier (basic anim) skins is because they need to have low complexity skins between major releases, not everything can be super high tier skins, producing those and testing them takes quite some time even for the resources of Riot and it also helps to hype the higher quality ones.
Also each skin release is designed to boost the Season Chapter they are, Riot kind of releases 2 high quality skins per season and 2 low quality.
I agree w u and I would love for them to work on more of those and also include them in battlepass too but knowing Riot they are not willing to lose any revenue even if the low skins are not great they can still sell those separately from the battlepass which is only 10 USD avg.
Lots of players have been complaining how they have been only releasing part 2 of very famous skin lines and yall remember the drama of the Gaia melee and the way they just reused the animation from an old bundle and quickly updated it to have some more uniqueness to justify the value? well that was all possible because we all roasted them on twitter and reddit.
I belive in your points, I also think Radianite is USELESS, I hope they take time to understand the sentiment of the ppl who played a lot and have hundreds of dlls invested in.

I usually don't care too much about battlepass skins quality, but the hammer not having cryostasis animations is actually a sin.
Fr and if you wait half of the battlepass things gonna be for free on the accessories store(titles, banners, buddies). so... Now the only thing good to grind for is bad skins and radianite
I only got a battlepass once because I was sick of looking at the gray color in each gun.
The battlepass filled out the skins for cheap. Ya they aren't cool, but I do agree some are just plain lazy and ugly like the scribble skin is blinding white.
7:00 why not? It has not to be a whole bundle in the battle pass but maybe a sixth skin of the bundle that drops at the beginning of every act in the shop which is fully upgradable...
In other games it's normal that the best skins of the game are in the battle pass. Look at Fortnite or apex for exemple where reactive skins are only available in the bp and were never seen in the store, .
Ive been saying this since episode 3, for the first few battlepass I was like "okay they are starting off slow with the really really cool stuff" but after that riot has done ABSOUTELY NOTHING NEW FOR THESE PASSES! Ive always said that the BP only holds value for RP, sprays and cards other then that its useless. sure if you have no skins then its nice they give you something, but the moment you start building a collection of PREMIUM skins then the BP skins are nothing exciting. I agree with that in the BP there should be a skin line with sound effects and animations. personally i would LOVE if RP is removed all together but, I think it would be a cool at the end of that line we got a purple tier or higher skin with FULL animations, sounds, kill banner, and finsher. And by unlocking that skin then for the entire skin line those skins get all those effects too for free! It would be a win win situation since riot still gets to make money off the rp since if you dont unlock that final skin then you would have the buy the extra animations with rp. And it would be a win for the community since we would actually get some really cool skins lines finally in the BP and have a REAL incentive that ALL players can now be excited about grinding and have a really cool rewarding reward at the end of it.
so you're asking for free animations for a whole damm skinline because you unlock a skin in a 2 month battlepass that can be completed in 40 days while the people who buys bundle need to buy radianite points seperately cause you want them enitrely removed from bp as well , you're asking for more than what they give to players who buy bundles and that is for buying the 1k battlepass? Have you thought that if they give purple/pink/premium skins in bp why would people even buy bundles ?
@@Kat-y_L Hmm I see what you're saying. The skin line doesn't have to have anything anything super crazy just enough to be worth grinding for. Maybe the entire skin line getting everything might be a hell of stretch lol but I do think a skin line should get at least tracers/sound effects with a banner. And the final skin having the whole package. Regardless if this does seem like a downside to riot it would put much harm to them since they would have bundles that they know people won't be able to skip. Also let's be honest here, when it comes to skin rarity it has really meant shit since game out. You have purples like spline and crimson beast line that basically have zero effects and charged us the same damn price as reaver or ion. If riot truely was worried about sales they would have marked those as blues since that would have profit them greatly if done so.
@@tunnel77xx32 I do agree they can add one skinline such as the soulstrife or crimsonbeast with minimal effects which aren't not comparable to premium skins with upgradable effects . Other than that if they remove rp points entirely the sales will drop in ridiculous speed , i also agree that they should atleast give 300-400vp back so that you can get a free battlepass after buying 3 or 4 .

The thing is the battle pass offers nothingg every time i have this conversation with people they always say they rather spend the extra 7 dollars to get a single vandal skin they actually like over an ugly generic bp skin because the accessory store exists now all the calling cards and gun buddies they like they could get for free so there’s no appeal to new players and the appeal to others is not a single item in the bp itself it’s just for the radianite to use on weapons they actually want

You're kinda on point. I started playing CODM lately. The battlepasses are decent and if you buy one and grind 50 tiers (which is pretty easy), the next ones are free! Moreover, you can buy older battlepasses too if you don't really like the new one.
That is so dumb needing another currency to upgrade the gun. Once you purchase a gun you should be able to unlock everything all animations and levels literally scamming people. Coffeezilla should cover this
