I heard the driver say he wanted to hand unload each box, but the NAPA Auto Parts employee declined.
Well if that’s the case I would t touch that freight. Fedex and the consignee would have to work that out and if fedex tells me to do what the customer wants I would probably get fired because I’m not doing that.
