My brother suffered from a mental illness. The state stepped in and made him take injections. He passed at 52 and I still wonder how. The case manager was there and he told the police that it’s not uncommon for somebody with a mental illness to pass young. I didn’t appreciate that, especially when he was taken to the funeral home and they had told me that he had a huge bruise on his face and they would try to cover it. I reported that to the police and the funeral home backtracked and I it could be from him passing away, he might have fallen and hit his head. They refused to do an autopsy.
