My bf and I are doing the 75 hard! We do it every year. Two 45 min workouts, one has to be outside. We usually run/jog with our dogs for the outside and gym for 2 hrs and walk the dogs for 1 hr!😅😅 we love the challenge! Really? I think I find healthy organic groceries cheaper than fast food. I don’t eat fast food at all😅 I can buy groceries to last for a week for $50-$60 !

Eating healthy can be a little more expensive, but in the long run the benefits outweigh the extra cost. Such as, health and when you change your eating habit your body feels so much better. If you go back to eating bad again your body just doesn’t feel right. Quit processed foods, they have a lot of hidden sugars. Also, read about seed oils they are really unhealthy for you and in a lot of our foods today because they are cheap.

After watching you on Instagram and now UA-cam I started saving and it started with your $100 envelope challenge. I have made a point no matter what to physically take the money out and stuff it in envelopes. When you physically see it adding up it makes a difference. Thank you for being diligent and sharing. I can’t believe how much money I have saved so far!
Also I’m in the same boat my husband doesn’t really cash stuff so how do y’all do vacations with his part. My husband gives me his half of the money on bills and does wat he want with his rest. I was going to ask him for extra to help save for the kids or should I not how do y’all do it?
