The altuglass is beautiful, from the my phone’s speaker the sound is warmer compared to the wood, the wood is more focused and brighter. It is really a fantastic instrument!

Brilliant!! I love all the Marigaux oboes. They are THE BEST. Please also demonstrate the Marigaux 920 Altu Noir.

@@Nara1Family2Rulez3 there was nothing awesome about that “performance”. It was bloody awful. Quack after quack, terrible articulation, wrong notes, etc. that’s why I was wondering whether or not you had your hearing aid in or not when you listened to it…

@@asifitmatters1 she’s a professional oboist, and to me it sounded great. Next to fingering technique she performs using circular breathing which is difficult. I have a great hearing and assuming someone who’s bot wearing a hearing aid and doesn’t have it on is rude.

@@Nara1Family2Rulez3 it was absolutely not great and that isn’t open to debate. This isn’t a question of taste or preference. It’s a question of basic playing. Only idiots are impressed by circular breathing, especially when used in a technical passage. Oboists don’t need circular breathing. What they do need are fast fingers and excellent coordination, which she clearly lacks. The “performance” is an absolute mess of quacks and missed notes, incorrect articulation and wrong notes.

Thank you for the Silvestrini. Do you have to clean the oboe with glass cleaner :) Do you see stripes after the cleaning?

Funny how plastic is thought of as a cheap material for instruments otherwise, but apparently desirable for oboes.

Listening to you play gives me a headache. Why would you put such a poor performance online for the entire world to hear how you struggle??? I genuinely don’t understand how you are not embarrassed. If you can’t play it properly why not choose a piece that suits your abilities?

@@Nara1Family2Rulez3 there is nothing to argue about. My statement is fact. If you can’t see that then you simply don’t possess the critical faculties necessary to provide an Informed assessment of a musical performance.
