I didnt like how bouncy it was when I first tried it. Then I realized I did not have the strap tight enough. When I figured that out and put it on the tree correctly it was rock solid with no bounce or flex. I would suggest anyone buying this platform to play around with it at ground level before jumping right into a tree.
I also used a separate strap for a pair of steps on either side just above the platform strap.
Did u use the Gen 1 or the Gen 2? I had heard the Gen 1 doesn’t have the middle support so it flexes.
@@TripleRwoods I have a Gen 2. I'm 6'1" and 240 and its rock solid when you get the strap tight.
IMO, they are ALMOST there.
It’s a neat idea. But it’s a little nerve racking on such a small platform that doesn’t bite well 😬

Definitely not as comfortable as a a big box blind. For a 2-3 hr hunt saddles are great. After 3 hrs I get uncomfortable and need to move around. Everyone’s tolerance is different. If I’m doing an all day tree sit the millennium lock on is prob top notch.
