Kill All Wipers - BMW 3 Series Touring E91 Wiper Delete Install

A guide on how to fit our BMW 3 Series (E91) touring wiper delete kit.

Getting the wiper arm axle out from the micro switch button was a real struggle for me cause it had got siezed, so I needed to drill it out. And the rubber seal in the trunk lid was a real pain in the ass to clean out. But the kit fits after some patience and looks great👍🙃

I'm having the same problem it's pissing me right off lol I've been at it for hours. I almost had the drill on it but I was worried about the window. Where did you drill?

@@Bacon-cn1wr I remember that I drilled holes in the black plastic close around to the axle, so i could brake the micro switch plastic away. And then it was the aluminium part left around the axle. I drilled close to the axle and worked my way out and eventually i could snap it of and it was free. But be carefully where you but the drill and don't slipp and dammage the window

@@tobiasfransson3381 thanks for advice I'm going to give it another go tomorrow. I think I'm going to drill through the aluminium ring and try to save the switch. I'll let you know how I get on lol hopefully I don't brake the window lol. Sorry I don't have snap chat.

I’m doing it because my wiper have stopped working. And I can barely see anything out of my rear window anyway. Because i got a big ass subwoofer and speaker system in my trunk

Hi all at kill all wipers great tutorial. The wiper spleen has fused on on mine and can I he'll get it off I've tried everything for hours. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

i ended up snapping the button off and leaving the metal ring on then used a tiny cutting wheel to split it enough to get it off the spindle

Hey sorry i’ve only just seen this, pretty much but you don’t have to cut any rubber seal out of the centre of the glass so it’s much easier!

So after this installation the car is warning for a open trunk? And it won´t open the tailgate glass automatically, similar to have a defect tailgate glass micro switch?

@@LinkolnLTU The glass lid is closed all the time, the car does not say that the glass lid is open. The only way to open the glass lid is to open it from the inside of the trunk.

I don't get it, why kill the rear wiper? Station wagons get awful amounts of turbulated rain on the rear window. I even had to code mine to a shorter interval than factory

It should work with E61s, because they share the same wiper parts (mechanism, microswitch, etc.).
