I hope you are all really well and have had a GLORIOUS weekend. Today is a very exciting day as I get to share with you four fabulous days at Henley Royal Regatta. From Pimm's in the sunshine to sheltering under umbrellas, afternoon tea at Leander to cheering on my nephew as he battles it out on the river. This is such an exciting vlog for me to bring to you and I truly hope you enjoy it as much as I have in creating it.

OMG Leonora, just started following you and realised that my daughter was at Ascot on the same day as you. She is ex Welsh Guards musician so has been to Ascot on both sides. Both my sons used to row for Ross on Wye junior rowing and Ross has a huge affiliation to Shiplake. Your nephew was in the same seat as my youngest. Bow in a quad. The adrenaline watching them race is certainly something. I used to call his team twiglets racing against branches ( treees being the men) because they were so skinny. He joined the Navy and has come home 6’4. I don’t even reach his armpits.

As the Mother and Grandmother of competitive athletes (synchronized swimming) I know how you and your family were feeling watching your nephew row. It almost feels harder on those watching than on the athlete but your nephew and his crew certainly gave it their all and deserve the pride you all felt for him. What a shame that the weather was so miserable for part of it - Mother Nature sure is off her meds.

Cup. Great sportsmanship! I learned a few things watching your Vlog . The first that Henley is Henley-on-Thames. Coincidentally, I hosted some relatives from England for lunch on Monday and I asked where Henley was and she told me that her daughter and family lives there. What a small world it is. Another, I had to look up was what Pimm was and learned that Pimm is a Gin based liqueur served with Sprite. Most important thing I learned was why the rowers rowed backwards. It really puzzled me and I learned why! It took me a couple of days to get through your Vlog, but it was fun. Your fashions as usual were fab! Beautiful girl you are. You guys as a family are lovely and real!
