Imo, the car that pulled into the gas station and switched positions in the car was so that the driver could get into the back so driver could pull up and back passenger could shoot out the back window. They pulled out and waited for him to leave and came up on him. Back seat person was in position to shoot from the back window.

Many municipalities have CTV and it costs a lot of money to keep storage. I am sure it is verifiable and the defendant’s attorneys would know. I agree with the person who lives in Atlanta. No one would just know it was going down right there. I think in high crime areas, they probably record to your point. However some UA-cam channels record the CTV from traffic cameras.
These cameras are in Cleveland ohio as well and I know for a fact they can look back on them because I had an incident where I had to report someone missing and the officer told me that he would check the “traffic cameras” to see if he seen the person walking anywhere on the main roads from the street they lived on. Also, if it was only a live feed and they couldn’t go back, how do they have these pictures? It has to save something somehow.

The entry and no exit just is consistent with self harm injuries. That’s why Drinks gum was on the passenger seat of his car. He dropped it there if he’s right handed.
