    Hey Gabriel, thanks for posting this. I am noticing a lot of hillside lots available in LA County. Does RD1.5 apply to those to lots too?

    Thank you for your video Gabriel, I have a property in Los Angeles that measures 50 x 140 = 7000 sf so 7000 sf / 1500 = 5 units..

    Gabe would you say a 4plex that is zone LARD1.5 with 8300 sq ft lot would be a good deal at $2million

    How do you find out if the property you want to purchase is RD 1.5 zone?

      Hey Trin, the zoning comes up in the title of the property or check the city (each city’s) zoning map. I usually help my clients find it.
