I have a theory but its a bit far fetched. The Lost Demon kings soul or what ever equivalent needs a proper vessel to continue his lineage and Im wondering if when iruma crossed over from human world to the nether realm that somehow that made him the INCARNATION not REincarnation. Which is why only iruma can see him. Along side that this theory is plausible due to the fact of needing an Empty vessel and using a demon that already has magic like sullivan even if he was his closest aides sullivans body wouldn't of been able to hold the demon kings pressure inside him. However with a human you see. They have no Magical Power which is perfect if you're trying to find someone to give your lineage to but also don't want the person to die. A Human is the best option its because when you start a baby in the nether realm you have no mana at all just like a human so giving a human that magical power is the same as a child adapting to their new found powers. Just a speculation tho...
Hey, just wanted to suggest to add more dialogues. It makes the reaction better. Otherwise it would feel like those characters are just put there for no reason than to stare and us the viewers will feel like we’re just watching the videos, but with characters at the side.
