Download Capcut form the App Store or from online! It’s free and the app is way better than the website editor. In terms of creativity program I don’t think a vpn works I think you need to either buy a usa account or a usa SIM card and make an account and post with that sim card in. If it’s on TikTok you certainly can revive it pretty easily however at the start you normally get a boost so it may take a while as it’s no longer a fresh account but it’s doable!
