You're absolutely right. The whole album is based on Peter Pan concept. All 5 songs are like their story about the boys who never wanted to grow up but they did.. You should listen from "Devil by the Window" until "Farewell Neverland".
My dear, albumite has a much deeper meaning. Listen to it in song order and you might realize that this is an artistic, sophisticated, clever critique of the k-pop industry! Neverland (the k-pop industry) keeps the eternal children, the nameless idols in a "sweet drugged dream" with promises of money and fame! The whole concept shows the "adventure" of the idol - from the first song to the last! The title track itself contains musical motifs of 4 generation songs, the choreography too! Yes TXT said it openly at the press conference because they can't say it openly, but for any fan who has been listening to good music for years (and knows the deep meaning of every BTS concept) it is clear what they are talking about! There's even a shot in the video of the crashed BTS train with "promise" written on it! Just watch!
Welcome back hope y'all been good fr. I'm ngl, I needed to hear this song a few more times but now i mess with it so much. This is what i needed from txt honestly this shit was valid🫂🤌
You didn't get it? The song is a criticism of the k-pop industry! Intentionally into the song there are songs by other 4th! There are motifs of Drunk Dazed, Antifragle, Hot, Ditto...The choreography is also a collection of different choreographies of 4 generations! The lyrics talk about idols' problems like drugs, anorexia, and even the pedophile concept is touched on (let's play with it)...Neverland (the k-pop industry) keeps the eternal children (the idols) in a "sweet drugged dream" with promises of money and fame! The industry produces nameless puppets on strings who don't even realize the illusion they're living in! TXT show this illusion (in the beginning there is a BTS train that has crashed and says "promise" on it). That's exactly why the concept is genius - to musically collect these motifs is very difficult! The whole album shows the "journey" of the idols! The first song - you enter the industry with promises and start sleeping "sweet sleep". Second song - they are already inside and drugged. Third song - they're happy fools, but they realize it now! Fourth track- they just exist like a rock and a fish in an aquarium. Fifth song - it's time to land and leave this illusion! The message is not to the fans, but to the idols! This is a real industry riot!
@@cloddiehoppers well it isn't tbh.... but TXT's music is soooo good, that anyone can put it into perspective.... But this song & the album is clearly a re-continuation of their +U universe (u might know atleast a bit of it, if you are a MOA) it is a continuation of the story of 5 boys leaving their childhood & entering the process of growing up to reach adulthood. but as for the 1st comment, if you look at it with that perspective, it's not wrong either, that totally make sense.... but the OG concept isn't that.
@sewminipramodya I'm a moa since debut and I'm very much into the Starseekers lore/+u universe. So yeah, I know SRR is directly a continuation of the lore. But it's also interesting to see how other people may interpret the song and mv. Maybe it might have multiple meanings like "Puma" did.
I really like your reactions. I wish you had time to post more, but I guess you can't spend all your time in front of a computer. LOL. You missed some great comebacks in January: Monsta X, Moonbin and Sanha, SF9; I was glad to see your reaction to Ateez reaction however. If you do have some time later, I would still like to hear your reactions to one of these groups. Thanks for posting your opinions on TXT's latest. I like that your keep your reactions (to all your videos) honest.
Thank you for the comment! I'm glad you are enjoying the videos! I personally wish I could spend all my time doing this, but sadly, life doesn't work like that. I was very upset I didn't get more reactions up this month, but hopefully moving forward, I'll have more time! Thanks again! :)

Oh wow. I heard vaguely that SRR was a critique about the kpop industry, thanks for the full explanation!
