My main question is what is the father's rights. I am against abortion but I have no right to tell someone else not to get one. That said, the baby inside the woman is not just hers. It's also part of the father. Shouldn't the father have a say. Because as a father of 5, and step father of 3. If a woman Became pregnant from me and told me she was going to get an abortion. I would file a lawsuit against her. I would take on full responsibility of the child. The decision should be made by both parties involved. It doesn't only effect the woman
