I live at the foot of the valley on the shore of the Duddon Estuary. To me, the most beautiful place on earth
Hey up Ann, yes, can't disagree, awesome place to live, thanks for watching, ride safe Simon B 😎
Stunning views up there Simon 🤩
Loving the sceneries 🤗
Hey up Alin, it's great up here , when you coming 🤔, ride safe Simon B 😎
I rode the old coach road from Dockray to St John's in the Vale, around Thirlmere back road, then down to Ambleside and took The Struggle up to Kirkstone Pass and along Ullswater back to Penrith on Saturday on my Himalayan. What a fantastic ride. Home with a big grin😊
Hey up , that will of been an awesome ride out, did you do the little lane past St John's church ?
Stunning scenery
Hey up Steve, awesome isn't it, thanks for watching, ride safe Simon B 😎

Loving journey, and a great video Simon, thanks for sharing. The bike sounds great. I understand your pain with the roads, I had a ride up to the Wasdale Head bike night (its on every Thursday) last week. The views were stunning but the roads were full of potholes and debris.
Hey up Richard, they are getting worse, had a run over the trough of bowland and it's terrible over there 😲, thanks for watching, ride safe Simon B 😎
Nice video Simon, I’ve not been there for a while but much prefer Wrynose Honister and Kirkstone to Hardknott. I think Hardknott gets people worried before they even arrive and causes hesitation through that worry often resulting in spills on the corners.
Hey up southwest, there are better places in the lakes than hardknott , just rude them early in the morning or late afternoon, it's empty 😁, ride safe Simon B 😎
Beautiful. Your bike also sounds great, what is it? Thanks
Hey up A noble, it's a husqvarna vitpilen 701 with a straight pipe on it, there's a few videos regarding the bike in the back catalogue 😉, thanks for watching, ride safe Simon B 😎
Put this down as a must do, going to visit on bike at some point and looking for best rides. Walked across lake district on coast to coast walk and its such an iconic location. Live in essex but going to lake district for few days via overnight stop in peak district on my 125. Can you recommend any other similar rides in the lakes?
Hey up Andy, if you have a look in the play list there is one, great roads in the lakes, have a look at them, if you need any more information just ask I could put a gpx file together if you need one , ride safe Simon B 😎
Any good campsites in the lake District close to a good grub pub , early July. That U can recommend please
Hey up, as I don't camp be had to 🤭, coniston has some campsites with pubs nearby, also hawkshead is rather nice 😁, ride safe Simon B 😎
