@@chrissybrown9205 Yes, she is not her biological daugther, but how veronica told the story about spencer it sounded like it was her choice to bring Spencer home to them and not Peter's. She really deserved a lot more love from her parents than she got.
Many viewers didn't like the twist in Season 7 with Mary being Spencers mom but i think it makes a lot of sense, they were a lot alike. Spencer wasn't the favourite sister either and she also had mental health problems - sounded a lot like jessica and mary.

@@isabelle-vv5ns actually in the books Veronica actually used a surrogate mother to have Spencer and Alison and her twin Courtney were both peters daughters and Jason was actually Kenneth son in the books.

I think both parents favor Melissa. It's not fair and down right gross. But Peter at least seems to love Spencer. Idk about Veronica though.

They both love Spencer, I think, their just to pushy and uptight. But for me, it was Veronica who became better to Spencer, Peter have too many secrets and bad decisions that ruined their family.

Are you serious. i agree they favor Melisa but I think it shows Veronica loves her more. I am sure they both love her but Veronica seems to help her more when she needs it. Peter just seems to help her or care for her if she is being rewarded. It still annoys me they favor Melisa.

Well ever since it’s been revealed: Veronica isn’t Spencer’s birth mother but she is Peter’s daughter. Spencer has a twin sister named Alex & their mother is Mary Drake. It all explains why Veronica favored Melissa because she is biologically hers. She resented Spencer all these years after her husband had an affair with Jessica Dilaurentis.
