In the song she says "I feel like it's Easter" and it's a way of saying that means that she's fine and perfectly happy (Easter is the celebration of renewal and joy as it is the resurrection of Jesus), while Cumbia is a traditional South American (Colombian) musical style that is tri-ethnic because it was born from the mix of three cultures: the black one introduced the drums, the indigenous one the flutes and the Spanish one the melodic and choreographic variations and the costumes. Given the premises, it is also considered a symbol of hope and rebirth.
Angelina's song has a profound meaning that has been awarded by critics as it describes rebirth after pain and the joy of living that you can find despite the "crown of thorns" of trauma you wear. In this case boredom is a form of depression, hatred, sadness that you face and defeat, because "pain makes joy greater".
Angelina's father was a famous Italian singer who died of a heart attack about ten years ago during a concert, when she was 13 years old. The next day, during the wake, one of her paternal uncles also suddenly died, a tragedy that shocked Italy. Yet she did not let herself be crushed by the trauma, she worked hard on herself, concentrated on her desire to become a singer like her parents (her mother is also a well-known singer) and went as far as Sanremo bringing an autobiographical song that tells her story of rebirth in an original and positive way.
I would say the line "sto una pasqua" doesn't mean "I am an Easter", but "I am peaceful/happy".

Sanremo is modern and not Eurovision
Well, Sanremo, in my opinion, started getting modern with Amadeus. Eurovision is different because they can’t control the participating songs. Both are very trendy comparing to anything in Europe, maybe Melodifestivalen and BenidormFest are nice too but in a second step.
