Welcome to a speedrun that I ran in April of this year. I managed to get a sub 6 in the all chapters combined category which is the last minute barrier! This run destroyed the previous best of 7m 39s that I set in 2020.
After the run I discuss why I only uploaded this video now, and also why a 5:50 would be possible.
I believe that the perfect run in this category could potentially be up to around 5:45-5:49. However it would require the perfect luck and near perfect execution on all chapters.

P.S. “Overkill” by RIOT has been a good luck song for me since I was listening to it while running this at the time (first try Q94), and the 1m 02s TIQB1 100% I was also listening to “Blackwater” which is part of the same album.
